We had a great stay in Mega view! The place was exactly as listed in the photos, and the view from the balcony was amazing. The place was clean when we arrived and had a kettle for making tea/ coffee. The staff were really helpful, but let us do our own thing which we appreciated. There are options to join treks with the home stay but we opted to do our own thing. The main town/ restaurants are walkable from the home stay- just beware there are a number of stairs to climb, but this wasn’t a problem for us. We arrived very early via sleeper bus and were able to shower and lie down for a few hours in the common area which was much appreciated! We were then able to store our luggage before check in and even checked in early. For us the best part of this accomodation was the view from the balcony- we spent most evenings and mornings sitting on the balcony enjoying teas/ coffees/ beers which was absolutely gorgeous.

dear Le helped us with many things. He solved a small problem we had in our room in minutes. It is very close to many restaurants and massages. If I were to come again, I would definitely stay here again.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Sapa Jungle Homestay in both the Treehouse and the Two-Story House. The Treehouse was especially magical—peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. Sitting out on the deck at night and waking up in the hills above Sapa was unforgettable. The location is tucked away just enough to feel like a retreat while still close to town. The staff were fantastic from the start—helping us direct our taxi, greeting us with a welcome drink, and supporting us throughout our stay. The manager spoke perfect English and helped us book Fansipan tickets and scooter rental. The pancakes at breakfast were such a treat, the bed was unbelievably comfy, and the hot shower was exactly what we needed after the Ha Giang Loop. Sapa Jungle Homestay truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t recommend it more and would love to come back one day!

Yên’s place was a beautiful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Sapa. We really enjoyed our stay and were grateful for the clear instructions(including video) of how to find the property. It’s a basic accommodation close to nature but has the essentials like a hot shower, fan/heater, mosquito net, cooking appliances and cutlery to prepare small meals. Yên himself was very kind and attentive to our needs and would go above and beyond to make sure we’re were happy and comfortable.
