I stayed at Francesca's place for a week. The house is in a perfect location, very close to lidl, supermarkets and shopping centers. Just 10 minutes by car from the center of Catania (for the type of trip I had in mind it was a perfect house) plus it is slightly raised on a hill, and on the warm days of August we had the pleasure of breathing some fresh air! 15 minutes from the house are also beautiful sea areas (such as "the caves of Ulysses"). Francesca is very helpful and open to dialogue! Overall a positive experience!!

We were at Maria Francesca's accommodation in June 2025. We had a wonderful time in Sicily and the apartment was beautiful. The entire complex perfectly reflected the flair of the island and you immediately felt at home there! Vittorio, Maria Francesca and Maria Assunta were able to help us immediately with any questions or minor challenges that arose. The apartment itself is in great condition. Everything you need can be found there, and if something is needed, it will be made available to you immediately. In summary, we can say that we couldn't have been happier with our stay at Villa Lionti. We can therefore recommend it without reservation and wish everyone there an equally great stay! Roberta was a great host and this house is absolutely beautiful. Great communication in a studying setting. We stayed here to hike, Mount Etna, and it was a perfect location for this. We were somewhat confused by the listing as we thought it had two bedrooms, but this was easily sorted out. Thank you so much.

We had a lovely stay! It is a beautiful apartment with the necessary amenities. Parking is free, although it can be difficult to find a parking space. Especially between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. During the day, you can always park your car in front of the door. From the bedroom, you can see Mount Etna. The friendly neighbors spoke to us and asked how our stay was. It is a quiet area with plenty of restaurants and bakeries within walking distance.
