Waterfront holiday rentals in San Miguel de Cozumel

Caro and Anita were responsive to requests and their place was just what my wife and I were looking for which is peaceful a relatively short distance away from the city of San Miguel. Definitely recommend staying at their place, thanks again Caro and Anita!

It's rare you find a place where you go on vacation, and the place becomes part of your vacation as well. Xavier's rental gave us breathtaking views every day and invited us to just stay in and catch up on some rest while taking in the beautiful view of the ocean. Then when we were rested and ready to snorkel, just a trip downstairs and in the back yard the water was waiting for us. We took beautiful video of coral and fish on each snorkeling trip. When we were done, rested in the beds by the pool and even took a dip before heading back to shower and change for dinner. This place was spacious and worth the value we paid. We will definitely be coming back and plan to bring our family as well.

Visitamos Cozumel frecuentemente y sin ninguna duda este condominio es el mejor lugar en el que nos hemos hospedado, está extra grande, tiene la mejor vista directamente al océano, justo frente a una de las terminales de Cruceros, el condominio está equipado con todo lo necesario para cualquier cosa que necesites, desde cargadoes de teléfono hasta lavadora y secadora, utensilios de cocina abundantes , aire acondicionado súper frio, Amy está al pendiente siempre para cualquier duda o cosa que necesites, además directamente en Cozumel está Martin , el también nos asistió para asegurarse que nuestra estancia fuera la más cómoda , durante nuestra estancia necesitabamos una cuna y una silla de bebe , y nos sorprendió que también se encontraban entre las cosas con las que cuenta este lugar , definitivamente recomiendo este condominio y te garantizo que igual que nosotros volveremos a hospedarnos nuevamente y muy pronto en este excelente lugar para nuestra próxima visita al paraíso Cozumel.

I really enjoyed my trip to Cozumel to relax, dive, see friends and eat good food! I actually loved having the city view to be able to see the city of Cozumel from a different vantage point. I loved having the swimming pool and beach as an option to hang out anytime! All of the door guys were very friendly and helpful when I needed a taxi. I felt very safe here as a woman traveling alone. I have been traveling to Cozumel for close to 30 years and have always felt safe but it’s these small things such as doormen, cameras, and key card access for the elevator that make a difference. I have so many favorite restaurants and there are some amazing ones on the island so I don’t think you need a full kitchen. Being able to make coffee, use the microwave and mini fridge was perfect for my needs! Book your stay today! Cozumel is a place I am very grateful for, my home away from home ❤️

This is a top of line view and very homey kind vibe. Hosts were great and very helpful. Luxury kind of feel and the place was even nicer than the pictures look. Nothing but positive feedback on this home.

Nuestra estancia en este Airbnb superó nuestras expectativas. Desde el momento en que llegamos, fuimos recibidos con una cálida hospitalidad y una atención al detalle que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. El departamento estaba limpio y equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar. La ubicación es buena, a 15 minutos del pueblo pero rodeado de las playas más hermosas de la isla y ideal para disfrutar de tranquilidad y privacidad. Memo, nuestro anfitrión, fue excelente: siempre atento, respondiendo rápidamente a cualquier duda y brindando excelentes recomendaciones locales. Él y su esposa nos hicieron sentir más como amigos que como simples huéspedes. Recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que esté buscando una escapada inolvidable en Cozumel.

This was our first trip to Cozumel. We had a group of four. Candice the local manager met us and answered all our questions about Cozumel. She was super responsive during our stay. The condo was wonderful, roomy, upscale and conveniently located and away from all the downtown bustle. Wonderful pool area. We were able to walk to snorkel areas and our dive shop picked us up across the street at the dock behind the Money Bar. Money Bar had good food and pleasant atmosphere, live bands and super good service.

We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! The house is clean, bright, and lovely. The pool is definitely a plus, and the backyard is secluded and private. The house is situated in the far end of a gated community, so it’s about a 30-minute walk to 5th Ave but only a quick stroll to a stretch of private beach. The host was very response and accommodating of our early check-in request, which was much appreciated. The only downside was the lack of toiletries. We were surprised that there was no shampoo/conditioner or even hand soap in any of the bathrooms, so we had to go out and buy some. The kitchen could be better stocked for proper cooking use. Would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay in Cozumel. Very nicely furnished apartment with everything one could need. Host wast responsive, friendly and proactive. It was really nice that there was a cleaning service available as well. The facilities and location are excellent. We had a very pleasant stay.

Rosey was amazing and speaks perfect English, there is plenty of drinking water provided so no need to purchase. They provide towels for the beach, as well as plenty of towels for your stay. Hot water for showers, a/c, TV, and internet. Terrace is amazing! Pool is private just for us!

Loved this location. I have been to Cozumel a lot and have stayed all over. My usual spot was not available this time, and so I branched out and so glad I did! Easy access to the dock/pier for easy diving and fishing. Kate gave lots of recommendations to make the vacation absolutely wonderful. The staff at Costa del Sol helped make this a new favorite place of mine.

We had a great week in Cozumel. Liesa's place was perfect for the 3 of us. Private, quiet and close to the marina for our dive boat. The wash up area at the back was useful as we could rinse and hang our gear, ready for diving the next day. The location was perfect for us, close enough to town, yet far enough away from crowds and the cruise ships. Angie was super helpful with any questions and resolving any issues. We felt totally at home and didn't want to leave. Overall, I'd highly recommend Liesa's place as a great family option. Thanks for hosting!!

What a great find. Andrea is the nicest person !!! We had a wonderful time here. Walkable location, great little restaurant right at the corner (ask for la comida de dia ;) ) Peaceful, private and quiet. Nice to have a private swim area for the kids and all the comforts of home. Fantastic showers ! The views are beautiful and everyone is so respectful and kind. Will definitely stay here again !

Eine sehr herzliche Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist sauber und geräumig. Wir wurden von Alfredo herzlichst aufgenommen und waren vor allem von den Hunden sehr begeistert. Ein ganz toller Ort, abseits vom touristischen Downtown. Wir haben einen Roller gemietet, um uns auf der Insel fortzubewegen, aber es stehen zwei Fahrräder von Alfredo zur verfügung, die auch super funktioniert hätten (Es gibt viele Fahrradwege auf Cozumel). Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen :) Danke Alfredo!

My husband and I stayed at Tom's condo for 5 nights. The whole experience was excellent, from the moment we booked until the super easy check out. Tom was very responsive, proactive, helpful and friendly. The condo is beautiful, spacious and clean. The kitchen is well supplied. There was even a drinking water dispenser there. The balcony is huge (more like a patio), the view is breathtaking. Wifi works well. Air conditioner works well. Water pressure is good. There are even 3 bikes (!) and snorkeling gear. (by the way, the snorkeling, right in front of the building, is the best on the island). Honestly, I can't think of anything that I would change in that beautiful condo. We will definitely come back!

We loved our stay. The location was great and the apartment was a great retreat from the sun and heat from our daily adventures. Comfortable, clean and had all we needed!

Our family of seven from Colorado and Utah came to scuba dive in Cozumel, and we happened to find Dave and Cristi's Paradise Condo on Airbnb. What a find! The condo was just as described and the views were stunning. The rooftop palapa was a hit for coffee in the morning, and cocktails in the evenings. Our group loved the entire atmosphere of the unit and property. After diving each day we had lunch at home or next door at Tortugas, and then chilled on the beach snorkeling and enjoying the sun before heading to town for dinner every night. Then we repeated for six days. The property manager Diana is just wonderful, and Fernando the private chef is a must hire, at least for one night if not more. I would not hesitate to book Dave and Cristi's condo again next time we dive Cozumel. 5 stars all the way!!! Thanks for a great stay at your condo guys! All the best, Jeff and the CO/UT Crew.

This was an excellent place to stay, especially during Carnival. The 2nd story view of the parade, with just as nice a view of the sunset in the back was amazing. The hosts were very attentive, and very friendly. I would absolutely reccomend this place and stay here again.

I was new to booking an Airbnb and didn’t understand a few things. I wasn’t happy with Airbnb’s initial resolve however, John and Valerie were very understanding and quickly worked with me through the process to a happy conclusion. The Condo was very spacious, close to the airport and close to town. It’s located north of town which is always more peaceful and away from the cruise ship crowds. Yet close enough for a quick cab ride or bicycle if you have one. The view from the outside porch is spectacular and you get to wake up to that same few from the master bedroom windows. We’ve been to Cozumel annually for the last 30 years. This was one of our best trips ever.

It was a wonderful place and the diving was amazing. We were sad to leave. We are already planning our return.

Ana is an amazing hostess; I can't give enough positive feedback!!! Traveling from a different country was a little intimidating as a novice traveler. Still, Ana made sure we had clear instructions traveling from the Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen, then to Cozumel. She was super responsive with all communications in a warm, inviting manner. Ana truly cares about the environment and the health of the island; I appreciated her dedication to being environmentally conscious/friendly. Additionally, she provided recommendations for environmentally conscious excursions like snorkeling and a reef restoration tour at Sand Dollar Sports. Aside from Ana's superb guest service, the condo was in a great location for snorkeling, just across the street. The condo was very nice, super clean, comfortable, and had a well-stocked kitchen. We did a lot of cooking, and no utensils/ pots/ pans were lacking. I was nervous about booking an Airbnb in a foreign country, but it turned out perfect!
