We had a wonderful stay. Everything went off without a hitch , and when we had some minor questions (like how to use the induction stove) Kathleen was very helpful and responsive. We will be coming back!

Highly recommend! The condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, bath robes, lots of hangers in the closets, and washer/dryer. The roller shades on the balcony are great for blocking the sun in the hottest part of the day. We walked to several fabulous restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!!!! This place is the place in all Cozumel. I can't tell you too many details because it won't be a secret any more! It is new, over looking the ocean, snorkeling right out your front door, quiet and family friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Ed's condo. We usually stayed on the north side of the island, and this was our first time in the heart of the city. It was fantastic! We walked to dinner every night, making the location excellent. Ed's place is very nice, just as described. We felt extremely comfortable and enjoyed great views of the water and sunsets. The condo is well laid out, nicely decorated, and has cold A/C. The pool was great, and the guards and property manager were very pleasant and helpful. We had a lovely time, felt at home, and hope to return to Ed's place on our next trip.

Todo excelente, cocina equipada, cuartos y camas muy cómodos, a veces era complicado entrar al edificio por el codigo pero de ahi en fuera todo excelente

Norman is a great host. His condo is just as the pictures show, and the views are incredible. Nice, well appointed space for a large family to be able to spread out and spend time together enjoying the beautiful views, snorkeling and heated pool. Would definitely stay again!

The place is beautiful, a lot of fancy details. Quiet place, in general terms everything really nice. The location is not close to any restaurants or amenities on walking distance .

Me hospedé aquí con mi familia, llevábamos un menor y una persona mayor y nos encantó. El departamento es grande, muy espacioso al igual que el baño, la alberca fue prácticamente para nosotros. Es un lugar tranquilo y céntrico, cerca del aeropuerto como del centro de Cozumel, incluso se puede llegar caminando. Enfrente del condominio hay una tiendita con básicos y muy cerca encuentras farmacia y tiendas de conveniencia como OXXO. El aire acondicionado funciona excelente, hay un área de secado bastante útil para colgar la ropa mojada, las hamacas y los muebles exteriores son bastante útiles, solo que hay mosquitos, pero en general es hermoso. El único pequeño inconveniente que tuvimos es que el Internet era un poco lento pero en general es el lugar ideal para pasar unos días de relajación en Cozumel, además está cerca del muelle del Ferry y los tours. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí.

We loved our stay and all the amenities it had to offer. Quiet place with great views of the sea and sunsets. Easy to get around as there were always a ton of taxis around. Pool area was wonderful with a quiet area. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay again!

Lori is an incredible host and the space was so beautiful! Great for one person or a couple. More than that (a dog), it's a bit too small for our taste.

Wir haben über zwei Monate in Apartment 1 bei Santiago gewohnt und sogar noch verlängert, da wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben! Es steht alles zur Verfügung, von einer vollausgestatteten Küche, über die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen, bis hin zu einem schönen Außenbereich. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für alles und die wundervolle Zeit, die wir hier verbringen durften! :)

Great stay very quiet building and great common areas

Our stay was excellent. Emigdio was an excellent host. He was very, very responsive and easy to communicate with. The view was spectacular, could sit on the terrace for hours watching the ships and boats and enjoying the blue waters. While we did go out for sunset viewing, we did not have to do so, the sunset was always great from the terrace. The condominium building was well maintained, very nice pool area. Since we had our dog with us, it was easy to walk her either out on the avenue and play with her on the grassy areas poolside. Maintenance staff was friendly and helpful. Condo was comfortable. would have liked access to cable TV.

We had an amazing stay at Eco-Home Cozumel! The place was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. They have a nice pool. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Gotita and Peluche always keep us safe. :) Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay! We really appreciate their generosity, hospitality and extra help with everything! Can’t wait to be back! 🌙☀️🌟🏝️

Can we go back now ! ;). Stayed here from Aug.29- Sept. 3 2024. We travel to Cozumel about 4 times a year - this was our first Air bnb and we chose the perfect one ! We had a wonderful time! such a nice place . Can walk to everything ! Omar is so very easy to work with and takes care of any issues that arise ... we will definitely staying here again ! I recommend 100%!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was accurately described in the listing. Our host, Amanda, was excellent. She was very attentive to our needs throughout our stay and was also very friendly. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was empty for most of our time there, allowing us to swim quietly and privately. Andrea provided us with helpful local recommendations and assisted us with arranging a taxi when we checked out.

The accommodations were gorgeous, Celina was very responsive, and it was pristine. We couldn’t have had a better stay!

Everything was great! The location has everything you need and the condo was beautiful and spacious. We loved sitting on the deck watching the people and the waves breaking on the beach. I’ll definitely come back and recommend!

This place is AMAZING! do not hesitate to book this unit. I will 100% stay here again next time in Cozumel, and if it's booked I would reschedule my trip to make sure I get to stay here! Just a short walk from the ferry and a gazillion restaurants. The entire downtown area is on your doorstep. I recently stayed in a similar style Condo in Austin and it was 3 times the price. the condo itself is super modern, with a super comfy bed and modern amenities. Amazing views from the patio and the rooftop deck. Karen was super responsive and welcoming. She even left us a couple of beverages and snacks to get started with. I highly recommend it. on check out I asked her if she would sell it to me, but she loves it too, I don't blame her!

We really enjoyed our second stay here! The location is hard to beat, with easy walking distance to the downtown/Centro area and all of its restaurants and shopping. The taxi stand is just down the block and across the street, so it's never difficult to find a taxi. The area gets a little busy when multiple cruise ships are docked, but is outstanding once the boats leave for the day. The condo is nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed -- linens, filtered water, good wifi, A/C, etc. The restaurant next door rocking until early morning is the one and only potential issue here, but closing the doors and turning on the thoughtfully provided sound machines drowns out the music entirely. None of our family had any trouble sleeping through it. I'm sure we'll be back another year!

This place was absolutely amazing. Exactly as described. Air conditioning in every room, laundry room with a ton of space to dry out our dive gear and a drying rack. Hummingbirds visit frequently on the patio. I will be trying to stay at this condo every time we visit :)

Highly recommend!!! The property is extremely secure with a very friendly staff that was super helpful. The condo is steps to the sand and pools, both of which are very relaxing without high traffic of people. All of Mark's information was extremely useful, and he made himself available with any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning!
