Beach apartment holiday rentals in San Miguel de Cozumel

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Cozumel overlooking the ocean and many cruise ships. Spacious, modern and clean interior with plenty of space for the family. Relaxing pool environment that wasn’t crowded unlike many of the resorts. One item to be aware of is that there is definitely some noise (scooters/motorcycles) on the street below throughout the evening. Overall though, beautiful condo and cost effective way to visit Cozumel. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The apartment was great. Had everything you need for the stay. Wifi was great also. Had no problems. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Great location, so close to the beach and private beach entrance. They even had all the things you need for the beach like chairs and umbrellas. Would go back 100%

We had a wonderful stay. Everything went off without a hitch , and when we had some minor questions (like how to use the induction stove) Kathleen was very helpful and responsive. We will be coming back!

This was a Mother’s Day treat for my mom, she normally is picky about the surrounding, but this time she can’t stop telling all her friends how beautiful and great this place is. It has perfect view balcony, ocean below is crystal clear. Very well maintained facilities, has nice ocean front pool, room has most things needed to cook simple meals. The ocean in front is one of the best snorkeling spot on the island, we see lots of fish, sea urchin, sting rays and colorful corals right off the beach, had my best snorkeling experience everyday. The host is very responsive and always so nice and helpful. Our coffee pot broke the second day, and they replaced it with a new one in no time. The chef onsite cooks great food, if don’t feeling like going out, then you get decent meal on site. Calling font desk from the room will get your 5 gallon water bottle delivered right to the room, super convenient. Will definitely come back!

I had a great peaceful experience staying here. Miguel and Norma were extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment had beautiful views, a spacious balcony, and the building was quiet. It's close to town, but I recommend renting a car as transportation can be expensive. All in all, a fantastic stay with a friendly host and breathtaking views. I would definitely consider coming back again.

Absolutely amazing panoramic views of the ocean & sunsets. Beautiful condo! Very quiet location and hardly anyone at the pool. Great place to snorkel steps from the swimming pool. Very safe area. I went for a walk and run by myself and saw many others doing the same. Restaurant recommendations from Bill were great! Laura helped us set up parasailing. We also did a snorkeling tour and spent the day at Mr. Sanchos’ Beach Club. We rented a car for the week and drove around the island one day. We had lunch and drinks at Playa Punta Morena on the other side of the island. Worth the drive! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall and hope to come back! This condo and Cozumel are the perfect combo!

La estancia con Elise estuvo increíble, mi familia bien a gusto en cada rincón y éramos 6 adultos y 2 pequeños, realmente encantados con lo cómodo y limpio, cuidan mucho los detalles del interior. La alberca justo enfrente, los vecinos muy agradables y el ambiente del condominio bastante tranquilo. Elise siempre atenta y solucionado las dudas bastante rápido. La ubicación de la propiedad es muy buena si te mueves en vehículo, a una calle de la carretera principal y muy cerca un supermercado y bueno bastante fácil llegar al centro de playa. Volvería a hospedarme aquí

We loved our stay and all the amenities it had to offer. Quiet place with great views of the sea and sunsets. Easy to get around as there were always a ton of taxis around. Pool area was wonderful with a quiet area. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay again!

Would definitely come back!!! Fantastic host - kind, informative & wonderfully hospitality. We loved this beautiful place & options on site for private cenote, Mayan ruins, and short walk to the beach. Perfect in case we didn't get out to explore. I chose Playa del Carmen because it's half way between Cancun & Tulum yet fairly easy to get to the airport. We went to Edin cenote which was fun, refreshing & close by, in Tulum we enjoyed a completely different vibe, and ran out of time to snorkel in Akumal. The 3 seperate bedrooms are each spaced well for privacy. There was a very nice oven/stove to cook meals on which we did 50% of the time and we really enjoyed the variety of restaurants with great service nearby. Our favorite breakfast was at Lara & Luca. Unexpected: The Mall in walking distance, super friendly people, and how much we loved seeing wildlife by the pool: spider monkeys, caoti, and iguanas in the trees with turtles and agouti on land. Lugar seguro, céntrico cerca de restaurantes, tiendas, centro comercial (Chedraui) departamento muy limpio y cómodo, anfitriona siempre al pendiente y respondía rápido las dudas. Recomendado 😊 Solo agregaría una parrilla doble para poder cocinar un poco más rápido

Excelente lugar, superó nuestras expectativas, muy bien ubicado a pocos minutos del centro comercial con casa de cambio y parada de colectivos hacia y desde el centro, también cercano a ala tima de transporte a xcaret. Única observación, el baño principal tenía baja presión de agua en la ducha.

Apartamento coincide con la descripción, un lugar tranquilo con mucha naturaleza, estaba ordenado y el anfitrión Andras siempre estuvo muy pendiente y dió instrucciones claras. Lo único negativo que una de las bicicletas no funcionaba y las distancias para caminar a la salida de playacar son de aproximadamente 15 minutos. De resto todo positivo, hay un Oxxo 24 horas a 5 minutos y también cuenta con la tarjeta de club de playa.

Excelente departamento, muy bien equipado. Hermoso barrio y muy bien ubicado. El anfitrión muy amable y atento. Volveremos pronto!

Great stay very quiet building and great common areas

Estuvimos muy cómodos 5 adultos distribuidos en 3 cuartos, y 3 baños. La vista es hermosa. Está localizado a unos pasos de la quinta avenida. El servicio de front desk siempre estuvo abierto a recibir solicitudes y fueron muy serviciales. Excelente experiencia.

Really amazing views. Easy to get to town with taxi. Highly recommend. Small caveat-we stayed with a group of four and sometimes ran out of hot water (became lukewarm).

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was exactly as pictured—modern, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The space felt very comfortable and inviting, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. From the cozy furniture to the overall layout, it was clear that attention had been paid to the design and comfort of the place. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and pleasant place to stay.

We had a wonderful vacation! The house was just as it was described. It was very spacious and clean. We really liked it because it was close to everything. We didn’t need a car and could just walk to restaurants and shopping. The beach was just down the sidewalk and you also get access to Mamita’s beach club. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet, this is not the place. There are bars on the street that stay open late and play loud music. This didn’t bother us, but some people it may . We would definitely stay at this location again!

Loved the condo, it was exactly like the pictures very pretty. I will be coming back! The condo was clean and all our request were fulfilled. The owner was amazing and the cleaning lady did a wonderful job in cleaning our condo when we requested. Thank you so much for everything, we had a fantastic time.

Cómodo! Muy buena presentación del cuarto y muy limpio. Está muy amplio al igual que el área de regadera, la alberca limpia y también tiene dentro un área pequeña de 2.30cm para nadar! Fueron muy amables en recepción y también me gustó la privacidad que tiene, además de que no hay nada de ruido a pesar de estar sobre la 5ta Avenida. Seguro que nos volveríamos a hospedar!

We had a wonderful stay at El Cantil. The condo was pristine and very spacious for our party of eight. The location is prime - an easy walk to town for shopping and dinner, safe walks/runs in the morning, and you can’t beat the grocery store right across the street, which has everything you need and more! We will definitely be back and appreciate the great service all around!
