Monthly Rentals in San Marino

Catia’s beautiful, light-filled studio has been an oasis for my little family. While our house is safe, we were displaced by the Eaton Fire and have been figuring out the remediation process. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchenette has allowed us to cook meals, which has really helped with feeling at home. The high ceilings give the studio an airy, expansive feel, and the location near restaurants and stores can’t be beat. It’s also extremely walkable. Catia provided clear check-in instructions and it was easy to get in. We really appreciate how kind , understanding and proactive she’s been. Staying here has made a hard time much more comfortable for us. Thank you!

This was the perfect spot for our concert adventure. Easy to get to and close to what we needed. Studio is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Dede was kind and helpful. The snacks in the unit were a welcome boost after a long travel day. Highly recommend if you’re looking to visit the area.

This stay was a peaceful and private retreat for myself and 3 sons after long days of LA sightseeing. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the projector to watch a movie together in the evenings. If you have a larger car, parking is very tight.

Yuan responded fast. The location was perfect for what I needed. The place was clean and new inside. The backyard patio could had been dusted off and cleaned of debris. The beds were comfortable. The host was attentive to our arrival and had to move his car for us to go in, permit parking on the street only. However the owners live on the premises literally 12 steps away. Overall great stay.
