Villa holiday rentals in San Juan

Let me say, this is not an Exaggeration. The home was absolutely BREATHTAKING‼️ the CLEANLINESS, was top TIER. My family and I enjoyed everything about our PR Trip. Fernando, provided EVERYTHING. There’s no need to bring toiletries, towels or rags or beach towels, unless you absolutely choose to. I wish I would have known that, it would have saved us a lot of time and money. Everything was literally in Walking Distance! We didn’t leave out the gate unless we absolutely wanted too! The beach was literally in the backyard. Once you find the walkway path to the beach it’s easy to access. We also had the pool to our selves, which was nice. I would Definitely recommend anyone who’s coming to visit please do. Fernando, was so kind and helpful‼️ I promise you will not regret it. This by far has been the best TRIP I’ve had when coming visit family and being hosted by an Airbnb host. House was great lots of space for me and my guest really loved the balcony also the house was clean host was great with responses.

Great setup for a big group! Spacious living room, amenities as described, and in a great location in Isla Verde. Mauricio & Melba were very helpful throughout. Would stay here again if we come back!

Great place to stay, great location, great Host. The location is amazing as well as the property. The host is always available if you need anything. Private and with extra parking. Recommended for a piece of mind vacation.

Wonderful place to stay while in San Juan. Alexander is great to work with and was very helpful. The place is beautiful. The neighborhood is very nice and everyone is friendly. Enjoyed our stay. Perfect place if you have a lot of people traveling with you.

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Their attention to detail really stood out — from thoughtful touches around the home to quick and friendly communication throughout my visit. They clearly care about their guests and go above and beyond to make the experience special. The location was perfect, quiet yet close to everything I needed, and I left feeling refreshed and grateful. The home was very beautiful and clean. We loved our stay. A few hiccups with the water going out and the brand new downstairs tv was not working, but Ricky was very responsive and quickly got things fixed and replaced. Took a few hours for the water to get back on, but it was great after that. We really appreciate Ricky getting us in at the last minute. He really was accomodating and attentive. Thank you so much.

Had an amazing stay at Gigi’s! It was in the perfect location, amazing views, and the hosts are very receptive.

This airbnb was fantastic. The owner accommodated to our needs and allowed us to do an early check in without charging the extra fees. The house was very clean and beautiful. The private pool was perfect. I loved how there were towels and toiletries available to our family of 8. Beautiful and safe location. I definitely recommend booking here. I will be returning in the future.

A beautiful gated community that made you feel at ease!! Our family members of 11 had ample space to gather around together or be off in their own space!! The outdoor space was perfect for your morning coffee by the pool or glass of wine before bed!! Ruben the house manger is outstanding!!!!!! He will great you and walk you through the property and depending on your type of stay will make excellent recommendations for any need!! Ruben also comes back and sees that your stay was satisfactory!! Definitely recommend staying here!! We had beautiful memories for our family wedding!!

Javier was the most amazing host ever! Super proactive and responsive! He offered suggestions for fun things to do, places to eat, activities and more! His home was beautiful and had toiletries available for use. Everything was super clean and the property was BEAUTIFUL! Super peaceful and quiet! We will be staying here next time we come! A great bachelor party venue! Good amount of space to comfortably fit 8-10 and we had a ball. Easy to uber everywhere as well. Pool is nice and even with rain here and there the space was nice.

The local host was very responsive and even tough he lives upstairs, never bothered us. The swimming pool was well-maintained. Apartment was clean. The internet did not work in the week we stayed there. The bathroom was functional, but could benefit from improvements (shower head, toilet seat).

Place was great, really beautiful.. noticed it was coconut and avacado tree’s growing right in the yard felt like we were in the real home land ! Kelvin was great, communication was 10/10 . He accommodated me flying in early and letting us check in right when we got there. Honestly can say dealing with air bnb I’ve never had the service and hospitality like I’ve had from kelvin & his place .definitely would recommend for anyone traveling to pr soon !! ☺️

First thing I appreciated was how understanding Ricardo was, as we arrived later than expected due to a canceled flight. Any issues that arose, which weren’t many, he was very quick to respond and provide a solution. The only thing I would say could use some work is the yard could use a little more maintenance if the goal is to match the photos precisely, specifically pressure washing would make a world of difference, fix pool sticks or invest in new ones, hang dart board back up as pictured and provide darts. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay so much!! The home was comfortable and provided everything we needed! We were even gifted a papaya from the landscaper. View was amazing with lots of things to do and places to eat nearby.

Awesome space. We booked the entire building for our large group and everyone felt it was spacious. Smooth checking 3-4mins walk to plenty restaurants. Ice cold AC and a very relaxing space in the back yard. With plenty of seating and still allows for privacy

Loved the pool, pool table, kitchen, ceiling fans, Alexa speaker, and more. So many fun ways to spend your time. Perfect for large groups especially with kids. The landscaping is so beautiful, can tell a lot of work went into it.

This was a nice stay. Peace & quiet. Everything looked like the pictures and was very relaxing. Carlos was available when needed and answered all of my questions.

Todo súper organizado, limpio y muy acogedor. Nos quedamos 8 personas y fue muy agradable su ubicación por su tranquilidad, la piscina súper y la piscina para niños es un gran detalle. La comunicación fue excelente y la ubicación fue exacta. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme con en La Hacienda.
