Great location, gated area, amazing host awesome AC.

This place is a gem if you are in the mood for being a beach bum or to do a family reunion. Plenty of towels, kitchen well equipped, clean, airy and across the street from the beach. Lots of space to relax in a very secure neighborhood. My little happy place in PR and you get great bank for your buck!

Our stay was wonderful. The location of the villa is amazing, walkable to a very private and beautiful beach and close distance to lots of sights. The interior is filled with unique antique furniture (which I, as a designer, appreciated a lot). The house is calm and tranquil. Several great food spots nearby. Hosts were very responsive and provided us with lots of recommendations. Kitchen appliances are somewhat old and outdated, but that was a minor nuisance for us. Highly recommend and would likely return

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was incredibly clean and thoughtfully prepared. I really appreciated the personal touches. There were hair ties, cotton balls, floss, and Q-tips in the bathroom, which made it feel like home. The bed linens were fresh and spotless, and both bedrooms were tidy and well organized. The bathrooms were also exceptionally clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, including seasonings, coffee, and sugar. To top it off, there was water and pop waiting in the fridge, which was such a kind and generous detail. Overall, this was a very comfortable and well cared for space. I would definitely stay here again.

Despite the setback related to power outage to the entire island, Alexander's place had electricity. Thankfully we didn't have deal with the heat at night. Alexander proactively reached out to make sure we were comfortable. The beach chairs were a plus for our trips to the beaches in the island. having a second bathroom with a shower made showertime much more convenient. We likely will stay again at some point.

My family and I had a great stay! Paula was a lovely host, she checked in on us to make sure we always had everything we needed. Due to the area there are mosquitos so be mindful and come prepared. Thankfully there were these green incense provided that kept them away! The Villa was walking distance to the beach, casino, bowling alley/indoor kart racing and many local restaurants. I would happily rent this home again on my next family visit.

I would rate this Villa an 11 out of 10! Our stay was fabulous! Loved the fact that we walked to the pool and was able to play some tennis, and take a stroll through the jogging trails. The Villa was spotlessly clean, fresh, and bright! Loved the renovated kitchen and was packed with everything that we needed for our stay. The beds are heaven! Loved the location, as it’s just a 30 min drive to San Juan, and a 40 min drive to the east west of the island. We will DEFINITELY be booking with Maria again!!!! I STRONGLY recommend this Villa, for those looking to book! Thank you Maria, for making us feel like home away from home.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Cynthia's place in Palmas del Mar! The property has incredible views and is well-situated for easy access to multiple beaches (all of which were gorgeous and minimally crowded). Palmas del Mar is a lovely private neighborhood, and Cynthia was very helpful in recommending places to eat/shop during our trip. The house was stocked with entertainment, kitchen supplies, and beach accessories. Cynthia was incredibly accommodating, hospitable, and provided excellent communication which made every step of our visit seamless. Our family hated to leave after a week and would be quick to return to this property should we visit Puerto Rico again! Thank you, Cynthia!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect in every way. It was spacious, clean, well kept and looked exactly like the photos. The kitchen was nice. The AC was a dream. The porch and balcony were an added bonus. The bathrooms were large and modern. The landscaping and surrounding grounds were breathtaking. It was private and quiet. We practically had the pool to ourselves. The beach access was close and had chairs we could use. This place was one of our favorite parts about our trip to Puerto Rico. It felt like our own little oasis. I loved it and am so grateful we found it and booked it.

Great for big family vacation. Spacious, very clean & beautifully decorated. You definitely need a car. Supermarkets and restaurants are anywhere from 6 to 10 minutes by car. There were two local takeout eateries & some stores a few blocks away. San Juan is about 40 minutes by car. Local beach was about a 10 minute drive. We did go to other tour spots which were further away so car was a must. The host, Michael was very responsive. One of the shower drains was backed up and he had a handy man come within 30 minutes. This was after 7:00 PM. Michael also came with the handy man. Wireless connection was kind of spotty. Michael did call the Internet company but still was spotty. Have to mention, there are stairs and no elevator. This was a bit challenging for my elderly mother and aunt. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Michael for hosting us!

Awesome place! This is the second year on a row that we stay at Alexeev and Jamiely’s place. Clean and private and peaceful.steps from the pool and tennis courts. We have tennis college player and tennis coaches in our family and we enjoyed the tennis. The place is pristine and the communication is excellent. They even left a few snacks for my young adult children and the also had a great time. Like they said in the description the beach is about 15 minute walk but we rented a golf cart and we went all around Palmas.I truly recommend Alexeev and Jamiely’s place and if you have small children they have toys as well. Thank you guys.We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful stay! The house was very comfortable and the beach was a lot closer than I thought to the house, you can hear the waves at night, so peaceful and relaxing! Amazing bakery’s for breakfast. We will be sure to rebook next time we are in town visiting family!

We had a great stay! The gated community made us feel safe since we weren't familiar with the area. The villa is spacious and easily accommodated my husband and I, our 3 kids, my parents, and my MIL. Each bedroom had a television and it's own bathroom (which made getting ready easy). We could spread out in our bedrooms, hang out on the 4th floor rec space, one of many outside areas/patios, or on the main floor which had a tv room as well as an open concept living room/dining room/kitchen. The pool was less than a 5 minute walk or the beach was a 10 minute walk (they had beach toys and chairs available too). All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Christophe’s place was perfect. Probably the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was really clean and stocked with everything you could ever need. He went above and beyond by providing us with a baby walker as well as a crib for our 10 month old. The beach gear and beach wagon was awesome for the kids and the walk to the beach was so short. The beach is beautiful and the water is perfect for kids to play. Highly recommend!

Carol was such a sweet and pleasant host! The house is beautiful and modern. The neighbors were so nice and welcoming as well. There was a family room that my kids enjoyed that had games to play. Each room was clean and they provided extra towels and loofas on each bed. The air was on the entire time and was so comfortable throughout the entire stay. My family and I enjoyed the pool and backyard area that was clean and so convenient for when we came back to the house to just relax. There were beach chairs and pool toys for my children as well. During our stay Carol checked in on us and was so fast at responded to all our needs. 10/10 and I would highly recommended staying in this beautiful home. Thanks Carol!

This was the perfect place to stay. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Lots of shopping and places to eat so close to the townhouse. Balneirio de Monserat is a super close drive. Loved having a beach right behind the townhouse to walk to. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Monica and Maureen for a lovely stay.

This was definitely a great place! He was súper responsive and helpful. The neighborhood and nearby beach access is dreamy! Mind you, we stayed during weekdays and it was always empty . Only advice would be to add to the listing anything that requires an additional payment to be available in the house (access to BBQ Grill). Price is right and the property is very nice. This is a timing issue (April 2024 stay) and out of his hands, but they are building similar properties next door so that may mess up the view temporarily and construction noises during the day. I would definitely consider staying there again.

For the first time booking, the Airbnb was an amazing choice. My family was very comfortable & excited. My son loved it! I’m really funny about people‘s bathrooms. However, the bathrooms was SO clean. I was so comfortable. Everything was amazing & Clean! Customer service was a plus. I’m really thankful that they gave us this opportunity to stay at their home. 💕
