Aparthotel holiday rentals in San Juan

We enjoyed our stay at La Esmeralda! The unit was spacious and was in a great location near lots of restaurants in the Ocean Park neighborhood. Gautaum was a great host, he made sure we had everything we needed and provided extra blankets we requested. AC cooled the bedroom quickly when we returned from a day out. We would stay here again!

Everything was great. It was more than I expected. Very quiet a bright sunny room. I will definitely come back. Thank you.

We loved our getaway at Victor’s place! The location was great as it’s right on the beach and just steps to the pool from the 1st floor room! Victor was great at communicating and suggested many tips for a better stay and for great dining. There is a supermarket very close-by so we stocked up on goodies during our stay. We also loved taking the bus into Old San Juan and an Uber car ride was just a call away! We hope to return soon!

Great location, walking distance to supermarkets. restaurants , pharmacies, etc. Apartment was clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was friendly, and the parking was an added bonus. Easy access to the beach. The pool and bar were still undergoing renovations, but the beautifully renovated bar is due to open within a few days or so. There is also small game room with pool tables and a small coffee shop in the lobby with decent servings and reasonably priced. Overall, worth the stay and the price.

This studio was located in a nice, mellow neighborhood of San Juan that is an easy walk away from the beach and shops/restaurants. The apartment is well appointed and has good window exposure and a nice deck where you can relax, get sun, etc. There’s ample parking on the street, which is great. Anyone with a Jeep should consider using the cheap and convenient gated parking on the property, since spare Jeep tires sometimes get stolen in PR. Gautam was a very good and responsive host and I would look forward to staying again sometime.

Nice unit in a central location. The bedroom is air conditioned while the bathroom, kitchen, and living room were not. It wasn't too hot in the other rooms in May, but it did mean that there were mosquitos around. Very close to the beach and not too bad of a walk to Condado to the west. There isn't much of a reason to walk east.

Location, location, location! So close to the beach and super accessible - steps away from many bus routes. Guatam has great recommendations for us to make our stay even better. Hope to visit again soon.

Great, relaxing location in the middle of everything. The place had everything we needed. Uber can also drop you off in front of the house, which is great esp during late after hours, you just have to check in the main gated entrance. Appreciate the host providing a detailed & helpful guide for expectations and local recommendations. They were also very accommodating to checking us in early. Highly recommended for large groups!

It was a very unusual but beautiful space which was in the middle of it all. My family enjoyed are time there.
