Holiday rentals with a home cinema in San Juan

Rosalyn was an awesome host. We were there during the New Year's island-wide power outage and she had both solar panels and a generator to compensate. The amenities were great - pool, hot tub, grill, billards. We would stay again.

The house is beautiful, everything you think you may need is there. I took my husband to Puerto Rico for his birthday and when I tell you, the house did not disappoint. Everything was amazing. The beds were super comfortable. The house was very clean. The house has everything that you need to go to the beach, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards everything surprises me I’ve never stayed in an Airbnb that was so tentative to guests like it was just perfect. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed, I was able to cook a few days while I was there. It was so nice and peaceful like just being on that side of the island in Puerto Rico. Everything was just perfect. We definitely wanna go back and we definitely will be rebooking this house again because it was just a perfect stay. The host Cisco was great with providing directions to the house, very attentive, even allowing us easier access in and out of the property, which made it so much smoother. Amazing home! The place is very nice and well kept. I felt very safe at location. There is security riding within the community 24/7. There are several restaurants, shopping centers with diversified stores. There are fast food restaurants as well as pharmacies very close to the community. The pool is beautiful and very clean and the beach at walking distance. Thumbs up Melba!! My only issue is the price. Thumbs up Melba.

Israel was very communicative and helpful. He responses within minutes and has a beautiful home. Would rebook!

Was really satisfied with this home. It felt cozy and right at home. Communication with Fernan was great. Definitely recommend the place especially if you have a big family like ours. We were near the beaches and good food to eat around the area.

One word - perfect! Location: perfect. Close to town, close to family, close to restaurants, close to the highway. Accomodations: perfect. We slept well while we were there. Comfortable bed, new pillows, extra blankets. Extras: perfect. Having stayed here before I knew I could contact Josue prior to arrival, and my pre-arrival request was met when we arrived and found our request in the fridge! We were a very late (or early!) arrival, 3am! Key was exactly where he said it would be, and he left the lights on for us. The Medalla hit the spot upon arrival! Each night was spent on the patio enjoying the view of the city. For just my son and I, "My Place" is perfect. I'm five minutes from anywhere I want to be. Visits to Puerto Rico are never long enough, but I know I always have a place to stay that is comfortable, clean, quiet and safe. As always, thank you Josue for being a great host and good friend!

We LOVED the place! The depiction was great but there were many more delightful discoveries as we explored the place. It rained while we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi as much. I wished the jacuzzi was heated, but it was a beautiful scenery with accent lights in pool and jacuzzi! The beds were comfortable and clean. The home was very clean! Great location, gated community near many shopping opportunities. Edwin was a supreme host able to guide you to whatever you need and very responsive 24/7! When I return I could definitely return here. Many areas in the home to sit and relax, it can provide privacy even with many people residing. Had a magnificent time!

Great location great spot it was very accommodating for everyone in my group. It had enough room and the host was amazing! Very responsive whenever I reached out. She also provided local recommendations which came in handy. I would recommend and stay next when I come next year. The only thing I would asked for in the future is extra tissue and garbage bags (unless k missed and didn’t see, o could’ve reached out but it was my last day at the house so I did not). Other than that it was very great and I loved the two separate floors and the backyard was nice to Sit and relax when we were not on the move.

Very beautiful home and very well taken care. Place is comfortable and very updated and clean. I had no issues during my stay.

A few things you need to consider if you decide to stay here: (we stayed on the 2nd, upper floor apartment) -Parking: You have to pull over on a busy street and open the gate before you can park and pull over and close the gate when you're trying to leave to go somewhere. -Laundry area: Access through the room with the bunk beds. WATCH YOUR HEAD because you can bump it because the ceiling above the washer and dryer is low. -Hot Water: Lukewarm at best. She did send someone to look at it, but it didn't improve. Hot water needs to create steam. This part was a little disappointing, because I love hot showers and paid for it. Overall very responsive hosts and a very spacious place with nice touches, especially with the complimentary nice quality toiletries in the bathroom. She brought plenty of towels and washcloths for us to use because we use a different one every day. Nice snacks in the kitchen. We would stay again, especially if the things stated improve.

Beautiful property, very central, everything very clean, looks just like the photographs, Lauren is very attentive and responds quickly to any questions, my family and I were very happy and will definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at Vista Real! John’s listing was spot-on—beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of five adults. With all the amenities we needed, it truly felt like a home away from home. The plaza location was unbeatable, with grocery stores and great dining options right at our doorstep. Pura Vida, owned by Ivan, is a must-visit. Every restaurant in the plaza offers amazing food—you won’t be disappointed! The convenience of having so many options nearby made our stay effortless. Check-in was seamless, and John was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and truly a Superhost. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Beyond the plaza, Vista Real is perfectly located for easy access to stunning beaches and plenty to explore nearby. Whether relaxing or adventuring, there’s something for everyone. it was a nice stay like the pictures described. great value and seemed like a nice safe location. the building isn't always the quietest and the wifi wasnt super fast but that wasn't a problem and we really enjoyed our stay. 10 minutes from Viejo San Juan and the airport it's close to everything.

The airbnb was the perfect space for our Family. We traveled with 6 total and had plenty of space. It matched the photos perfectly and was very clean inside. Host was always very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely stay again!

This place was perfect!!! I found this place last minute as there was an issue with my previous Airbnb. Adrian was very accommodating and let us check in early! The place was very clean and free of clutter. The location is perfect, there’s a bunch of food areas around, Condado beach is about a 10 minute walk, and Walmart maybe a 5 minute walk. There is also a gated parking space! Overall, I would 100% stay here again!

This was a great clean location that was near everything. Rina was very responsive and informative with things we can find in the area. I would definitely stay here again!
