Hotel holiday rentals in San Juan

I wishes the swimming pool was actually a pool and also not located in a different building I think not all the photos are from here and possibly a bit misleading

We loved our getaway at Victor’s place! The location was great as it’s right on the beach and just steps to the pool from the 1st floor room! Victor was great at communicating and suggested many tips for a better stay and for great dining. There is a supermarket very close-by so we stocked up on goodies during our stay. We also loved taking the bus into Old San Juan and an Uber car ride was just a call away! We hope to return soon!

Great location, walking distance to supermarkets. restaurants , pharmacies, etc. Apartment was clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was friendly, and the parking was an added bonus. Easy access to the beach. The pool and bar were still undergoing renovations, but the beautifully renovated bar is due to open within a few days or so. There is also small game room with pool tables and a small coffee shop in the lobby with decent servings and reasonably priced. Overall, worth the stay and the price.

Booked this last minute in order to extend my stay in San Juan and it was a bit pricey for the space you’re getting; but it’s perfect in every other way as far as location and accessibility. Everything is totally walkable and you can even leave your key with the front desk before you leave out so you don’t have to worry about losing it! Thanks for the stay

This was a cute place in the middle of old San Juan. no surprises, very well laid out. Definitely recomend the food at the terrace café. Will come back Definitely.

Nice unit in a central location. The bedroom is air conditioned while the bathroom, kitchen, and living room were not. It wasn't too hot in the other rooms in May, but it did mean that there were mosquitos around. Very close to the beach and not too bad of a walk to Condado to the west. There isn't much of a reason to walk east.

The place was great! Clean and tidy there’s plenty close locations for eateries, the beach was 3 min walk. Overall this place was very safe and private. Great location if staying local in San Juan.

Airbnb/hotel very nice and close to the beach and the airport. There are places to eat within walking distance and everything is close by on Uber.

This place far exceeded our expectations for our trip. This is my first time doing an air bnb and we didn’t know what to expect. From the minute we book Isabel was responsive and helpful. She gave us plenty of advice on how to explore the island. Ana, was so helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The home itself was close to the beach, which was quiet and beautiful. Most days we had the beach to ourselves. The two apartments were perfect for our families, allowing our children to go back and forth from one to the other safely. The pool was beautiful with a great view of the ocean.

Other hotels should come here and take note of how this operation is run and the amenities. The well appointed room with everything you could need, and grab and go with civil prices made the place a 10/10. Some helpful notes - if arriving by car, provide clearer instructions on where to drop off/park - the garages are TIGHT and moving is not fun. The $150 hold up on arrival was unexpected as abnb typically has all fees paid. Would be nice to know that in advance. Important: The hotel can't do anything about it, but, there is *LOUD* construction directly next to the room windows and next to the pool. Some rooms do not face this construction, if you want to sleep in, I highly suggest requesting one of these before you book as we woke up to saws and yelling daily at 8am. Also, the construction is 10 ft away from the pool area, if you are looking for a quiet and serene pool day, def book elsewhere for at least the next few months. If that doesn't bother you, this place rules!

Very cute boutique hotel with lots of action right outside within walking distance. Airbnb worked perfect for my family of 4 two bedroom one full bathroom. He even left water, sodas, and beer in the fridge and a Keurig coffee machine.❤️ thanks so much

Tapia Haus 103 was exactly what we were looking for! It was within walking distance to the beach and there were local coffee shops and food nearby. The room was clean and we only lost power once for a brief moment before it was turned back on. The host was very responsive and flexible. We would stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The highlight was definitely the location—it's so close to everything, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. Whether I wanted to check out local shops, restaurants, or attractions, everything was just a short walk away. Plus, the neighborhood felt very safe, which was a big plus. The host was also friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience even better. Highly recommend!

Martin is very helpful, thank you for the very useful small wifi box. Good location to visit Old San Juan via the Cantano ferry. Consider noted the wifi code before arriving if like us you don't have a phone.

This was a wonderful stay! The price was a steal; the location and apartment were more than worth it. With a bus stop right at the front door, my friends and I were able to get to viejo San Juan and santurce free of charge, which was super convenient. Kenya’s home was wonderful, though I never received a response when posing a question about checkout. Besides that, it was a perfect stay!

The Looking Glass hotel had a beautiful design space. For me it’s important to stay in a clean and comfortable space. They definitely met all my needs. Loved the room! I’ll definitely be back.✨

angel was so sweet . he gave coconuts from the tree , he showed around my aunt and cousin ! he gabe recommwnded food places . was so sweet to us and help with any and everything cant thank him enough. there are planes and chickens but we didnt mind . it didnt stop how beautiful the house is and was perfect spot, excellent host i would come again and again .
