Holiday rentals with an EV charger in San Juan

Love this place. Very accommodating, responsive and helpful.

I highly recommend staying in Kia’s AirBnb. The check-in process was simple, the room was comfortable and clean, and Kia clearly communicated expectations and important information during our stay. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

The studio is a cozy and well-maintained space, though the storage options are limited. Finding street parking can be a bit challenging, but the neighborhood is quiet. If you're up for a short drive, there's a variety of activities to enjoy in the beach area.

we loved this little hidden gem. it was walkable to several restaurants and bars and just a very short Uber ride to old San Juan and the T-Mobile district. it had everything we needed. the cats were super cute and demanded some attention. we would definitely stay there again in the future.

I barely leave reviews but Vanessa's place was and is amazing...my wife love the place so much that she wants to buy it...Vanessa was so helpful and always asking if we needed anything...this is the spot to stay if you want to have a nice place and so many places to shop around

Great stay! Very clear check in instructions. Walkable area. Super close to the beach. The hosts, Andreia and Gabriel, respond quickly and are super proactive about making your stay great. I appreciated not having to deal with lockboxes and physical keys while visiting. Great for a solo traveler wanting to be a short walk to the beach.

Ruben was an amazing host, quick responses and gave clear instructions. The location was very close to Viejo San Juan, surrounding beaches, and el Yunque.

My mother, son, and I had a great time here. The yard was beautiful and the house was even better than the posted photos. The community pool is huge and there was even an arcade machine. The furniture was cozy and the kitchen was well stocked for eating in when wanted. We felt safe in the gated community and the area is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this place.

This place was exactly what we needed for our 9 day trip. Everything was clean inside and out. She responded quickly when we arrived to check in. I would highly recommend anyone to stay. I'll be visiting again and would hope to find this place available once again.

My family enjoy the stay. Blanca was a very friendly host she picked me up and checked to see if I wanted to go get food and to the store until I got a rental car. Fan wasn't working she brought another one. She doesn't speak English but download translator and communication was very easy. Her husband was nice also. I recommend staying if you don't mind driving 35-45 mins. To San Juan and sju Airport, but there are places close by to explore.

We stayed for the second time and we loved how accessible Juan was at the time of communicating with him. The place is quiet and everything is very comfortable. Thank you Juan and the Neighbor who was always very attentive to us!!

We had a great stay! The host is friendly and responsive. It's nice having AC in each room. The pool is only about 3.5 feet deep, but enough for kids and cooling off. The only issue, as others have mentioned too, is that the ad says that there should be hot water, but there was no hot water. Even so, we would stay again and definitely recommend this home!

Great host stayed at another part of the house and never once bothered us at all. Really nice guy and very informative and always recommending place to go. Would definitely stay there on next visit if available.

Our stay was wonderful, thanks in large part to Rocky's exceptional hospitality. Communication was a breeze, and he was always readily available to assist. Rocky truly went above and beyond, even purchasing a large pot specifically for our group of 20 and handling all our housekeeping requests with impressive efficiency. The property itself boasts beautiful views and fantastic outdoor spaces, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. We felt very secure in the safe community, and appreciated the ample parking and easy access to Walmart and Walgreens. A small note for future guests: please be mindful of uneven surfaces on the second level. For those with mobility concerns, the ground level apartments are more suitable for elderly persons. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this Airbnb!

We loved the experience at Giuseppe’s place; definitely what we were looking for. He was very responsive, great communication and clean place. The view, breathtaking! Definitely coming back again!

The hosts were helpful and communicative. They made suggestions about near by things and places to go. Loved the location and we will definitely look to rent here again in the future.

Our stay was great. We felt comfortable. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. There were extras such as a cooler and beach towels. There were all kinds of appliances but we only used the coffee maker and toaster. The location was nice and quiet.

Amazing place to stay, centrally located near everything you will need. 24 hour security, loundry room, pool closes at 10pm. I would recommend this for a couple, single person or max 3 people.

Place was clean, comfortable excellent to do different things and rest at the same time. I really enjoyed this place. In addition Kevin was an excellent host and offered us to stay longer. Time that we enjoyed. Thanks!!
