Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in San Juan Playa, Alicante

We had the best stay here in the most beautiful surroundings. The place was very clean with thoughtful touches and had everything we could ever need!

Vi likte dette huset godt. Det lå bra til inne i urbanisasjonen med fellesområder (fint utformede bassengområder, lekeplass etc.) rett over gaten samt parkering rett utenfor. Kort gangavstand til liten matbutikk og baker/kafe rett utenfor porten til urbanisasjonen. For oss med to små barn passet det spesielt bra med det private inngjerdede uteområdet. Andre nødvendigheter for barna som var der var to gode høystoler med bord og to barnesenger med bra bunn og madrasser. For barna savnet vi stellebord og krakk(er) for å komme opp til toalett og vask, men dette kjøpte vi billig på hhv. det lokale markedet og i kinabutikk. Ellers et bra utstyrt kjøkken og fin spiseplass ute. Ellers likte vi spesielt at det virket godt rengjort overalt i huset og også det vi opplevde som et fokus på renhold hos vertene. Både Hakan og Yesim var meget hyggelige og lette å kommunisere med. Vi hadde mest kontakt med Yesim som svarte raskt på de få spørsmålene vi hadde. Personlig oppfølging innsjekk/utsjekk.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like coffee and local guidebooks. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic villa with everything you could ever need! Host was amazing at helping with taxis etc into Benidorm and from place to place. Overall beautiful stay and would come back in a heartbeat !!

Alles sehr schön gewesen - wie im Paradies . Der private Eingang zum Meer war mit der Aussicht zusammen atemberaubend. Der Pool war sehr sauber und warm ( wärmepumpe genutzt ). Uns wurden sogar zur Ankunft einige Lebensmittel mitgebracht :) Danke dafür nochmals. Geantwortet wurde immer sehr schnell und verständlich. In der Gegend sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ein Auto wäre aber von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt Parken ist in der Haus eigenen Garage möglich

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans ce logement ! L’hôte a été super accueillant, très réactif et d’une grande gentillesse. Nous avons voyagé avec un bébé, et tout avait été pensé pour son confort : tout le nécessaire était à disposition, et même au-delà de nos attentes. L’appartement était impeccable, très bien équipé, avec une vue magnifique et une accessibilité idéale. Nous sommes plus que ravis d’avoir séjourné ici et nous recommandons cet endroit à 10000 % ! Encore merci pour tout !

My family and I had an amazing time at Mabel’s home. She was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. It was spacious, in a great location, and had a beautiful view. It was clean, and had many amenities. We also appreciated the added garage. It was really helpful as street parking was a little challenging.

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

Manuel was attentive and always in contact from the moment of the reservation. He replied quickly and made sure we found a convenient time to meet for the check in. He sent lots of suggestions for places to eat, shopping groceries and even transport plans to find our way around. On the last day he was also there to hand the keys back and say good bye. It's a large estate comprised of 2-3 apartments plus Manuel's own home (nice to know we could reach him if we needed to). Still lots of privacy, all units separated by large landscaped terraces with palm trees and cacti, each apartment with own balcony area with deck chairs overlooking the sea. It's a quiet and peaceful corner, our apartment was at the top of the stairs and I could even hear the waves from bed at night. A proper beach house, you can walk barefoot from the room down to the beach. But also a few minutes stroll to all the restaurants and shops in the area, with a nearby bus and tram stops to connect with the city and beyond.

We had a wonderfull trio in this apartment. The place is very nice and the apartment itself is really great, the view is amazing and its really confortable and easy to access to the beach quickly. Was very good, thank you

Fantastisk terrass som vi alla blev förälskade i. Rent och fräscht, relativt stora utrymmen och 5-10 min promenad till city. Större matbutik 3 min bort. Enda nackdelen var att trappuppgången saknade hiss, lägenheten ligger på fjärde våningen. Sängarna & kuddarna skulle gärna få vara mjukare men jag skulle ändå rekommendera denna lägenhet till alla jag känner. Prisvärt och Carlos är en mycket bra hyresvärd!

Fantastic place! Infinity pools with a sea view are something else. The host and co-host were very hospitable and communicated clearly and in advance. The apartment looks even better in real life, the pictures don't do it justice. We also loved the beach and how accessible it is. If I really had to nitpick, I'd love to see some shelves in shower cabins to put stuff on, and it would be great to include a shower gel (which is advertised in the listing), but neither is really a deal breaker. It's an easy 5-star airbnb!

Hana could not have been any nicer or more helpful. She arranged our taxi which was waiting at the airport and was there to show us the apartment. The accommodation is perfectly placed for the beach, bus and tram and if feel there aren’t enough restaurants in Muchavista then a 15 min walk or 3 min tram ride will take you to El Campello where you could find dozens more. Many thanks again Hana we will be back.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

O Sr.Manuel foi muito prestativo e compreensivo desde o início. O alojamento correspondeu às nossas expectativas. O que tornou a nossa estadia mais agradável foi a amabilidade dos proprietários, com ajuda em todas as nossas questões sobre a área envolvente e como podíamos deslocar naquela zona. This is a great apartment with a stunning view of the med sea from a spacious balcony. In the morning we enjoyed the sun rise and at night, enjoyed the moonlit waters. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very spacious. It is equipped with everything you need. The location is lovely and quiet with a couple of coffee shops and bars nearby. There is also a couple of local shops to purchase groceries. The tram stop is close by, with trams running every 10 minutes or so. It is a good hub to visit other towns in the area via the tram. Alicante centre is also very walkable. The path is via the tunnel at the front of the apartment. Flat and hugs the shore. Easy going 30 minute stroll or a 5 minute tram ride. The hosts are great - friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this apartment.

This is the perfect apartment and I felt so safe in and around the building. Everything was very fresh and so comfortable. I would love to stay again!

Prachtig verblijf om tot rust te komen en toch dichtbij allerlei mooie locaties (zandstrand in Calpe, de authentieke stad Althea, dichtbij het bruisende Benidorm). Jorge reageerde altijd binnen het uur en dacht meteen mee als we ergens een probleem ondervonden. Wel interessant om mee te delen is dat er stilte werd gevraagd aan het zwembad tussen 14u en 17u in de namiddag. We losten dit op door naar het keienstrand te gaan aan het hotel, of naar het strand in Calpe te gaan op slechts 10 minuten rijden. Topvakantie gehad met onze twee kindjes!

Vi var tre gjester som bodde i leiligheten, og vi hadde et veldig fint opphold. Leiligheten var pen og ren, med flott utsikt og en rolig atmosfære. Beliggenheten var super – kort vei til både restauranter og butikker. Alt i alt et veldig komfortabelt sted å bo, og vi kommer gjerne tilbake!
