Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Alicante

This was a fantastic place, beyond expectations. The roof terrace in the evenings, good food in the neighborhood, good wines. The silence, and the proximity to the beach, did the trick. Would definitely recommend the place.

Eloy is a fantastic host, the property is amazing, great location, clean and spacious, the view from the terrace is lovely. We arrived really late and a bottle of chilled wine was waiting for us in the fridge which was a nice touch. We cooked during our stay and all the condiments were readily available in the kitchen which was great. I would definitely recommend staying in this beautiful place. Thanks so much for having us. 😊

The villa and pool were incredible! the location was great too only 15 mins in a taxi from the airport, 15 mins walk to a Lidl and a 10 mins walk to a shopping centre. really appreciated the restaurant recommendations and the late check out. Will be back!

We had a fantastic time at this beautifully renovated and decorated property. The property was perfect for us with a heated pool and within walking distance to a tasty breakfast spot. Very close also to lots of great restaurant options along the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful, we would love to stay again in the future!

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

We wish we had booked for longer as there was so much to see. A beautiful place with an incredible host. We will be back!!

Had the pleasure of staying at Jose & Isabel’s place, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was impeccably clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—close to local attractions and great dining options, yet still quiet enough to relax. I especially enjoyed the views from the balcony. Jose & Isabel were always available to answer questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay close to the beach & town Thanks again!

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

Very good accommodation in a nice neighborhood, close to everywhere but still quiet at night. Wonderful balcony and fresh and clean everywhere. Well-equipped kitchen. We have had a great time in this apartment.

WOW! A perfect week in Alicante in Ana's apartment. The space was bigger than expected and the balcony is very large with a table, chairs, sun lounger and an awning you can pull out for extra shade. Beds were comfortable and the entire space was VERY clean. I can't stress how gorgeous the balcony is with incredible views of the seafront, and even though it was above a busy road, it wasn't noisy at all. Apartment was in a safe, walkable neighbourhood, very close to the beach, bus/tram stops, and local shops. Ana let us drop our suitcases off and check in early and was incredibly kind and responsive throughout. This place is perfect to use as a base if you're planning to spend days exploring or on the beach, but also great for days sunbathing and relaxing on the balcony ☀️ Would definitely recommend! One of the best Airbnb experiences to date. Dino is incredibly friendly, flexible and helpful. The apartment is great and even got us through a rainy day without us missing anything. The furnishings are modern and cozy. The small seating area on the covered balcony is great for rounding off the evening. It's all there, even beach towels, parasol, etc. When we're back in Alicante, we'd love to come back.

This apartment is amazing and as wonderful as it looks in the photos. it was super clean and beds really comfortable. The location is perfect with literally everything on your doorstep and a few steps to the beach. Communication with Begona was excellent. Totally recommend this beautiful apartment

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Lovely apartment, beautiful views of the water. Very close to lots of restaurants and right on the beach. Ana was very responsive, helped us check in easily. We had to park in the gravel car park which is a few minutes walk away. Not a major issue but a bit tricky with luggage or shopping. Would stay again 😊

We had a great week at Danny's, the accommodation is as described, very well-equipped, very clean, well-located, quiet, the bedding very comfortable and the little extra with the ceiling fans that were very useful the last two days. Danny is a very nice host, effective and easy communication.
