Monthly Rentals in San Juan Capistrano

I would highly recommend staying at Hart’s place. It is in a lovely safe quiet (apart from some construction nearby) area close to shops and not far from the beach. The room is very clean, comfortable, spacious and comfortable. Hart was always very quick to respond. The only negatives were no sofa/couch, no aircon and no laundry. I didn’t realise this when I booked. There was a fan in the bedroom which helped a bit and a window aircon laying in the bathroom.

I highly recommend this beautiful guesthouse. It’s well appointed and feels luxurious. The bed was super comfortable and the place just felt like home. My hosts could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I will be staying there again!

We were 3+ month renters of John and Adee's Guest Home. Every room was both comfortable and well stocked (kitchen, bathrooms) with items for long term rental. Rooftop deck was relaxing, as well as private side yard escape. Fully private area, as well as professional, yet extremely friendly and "fun" hosts (John, Adee). We enjoyed having some of our local family "stop by", so that we could show "our" place off. Home is located within 1-2 miles of Dana Point (ocean) and Laguna Niguel (retail, restaurants). And, San Juan Capistrano was a delight. It had been 30+ years since we'd spent any real time in this area. Bravo to the city planners/leaders. It has maintained it's "beach vibe", but has really added more parks, walking/bike trails, and fun, local restaurants.

The cottage was super clean, (she uses non-toxic cleaning products, which I loved) and the bed was very comfortable. She left us some beautiful roses, citrus from her trees, some snacks, and breakfast items, which was a nice touch. It is located in a nice area with beautiful surroundings. It was perfect for our 2 night's stay! It was nice meeting Janene and her husband. Janene is a wonderful host and very meticulous! Thank you for the lovely stay! We will be back!
