Monthly Rentals in San Diego

Angelina was a great host and the apartment was perfect. Right on the beach and central in Sotogrande for walks along the marina or the beach. Lovely restaurants all about! The blinds in the room were amazing, particularly for our 11month old and they sorted a cot for us no problem

We enjoyed the stay at David's house and in Paraiso. The location is fantastic, the complex with pool by the sea is beautiful and we felt very comfortable in David's spacious and clean house. David is a very nice 1A landlord, is quickly reachable for all concerns and takes care of everything. He is very caring, food and drink were ready on arrival. We are happy to give and deserve the best rating.

We had a fantastic stay at Tessa's villa where we spent 12 days to celebrate my mother's 80th. The villa itself is exactly like in the pictures, with lovely furniture and super comfortable. There are plenty of toys and children books which kept the kids entertained. Most of the time they wanted to play in the pool which they loved. This time of the year the water is still quite cool, especially for our toddler so we opted for the pool to be heated and that worked out really well. The villa has a beautiful sea view and the area is generally nice and quiet. You need a car, as it residential and up a hill but there is plenty of parking space infront of the villa. Due to the location we could do daytrips to e.g. Marbella and Gibraltar which are only half an hour's drive away. Tessa as a host was fantastic and super responsive when we had any questions. All in all we loved our time there and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The view is incredible, as is the structure of the house. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are fans and air conditioning in every room. Outside the house, with a view of the sea, there is a roof that keeps out the sun. We had several barbecues there. Pablo gave us all the important information and got back to us quickly when any problems arose. We intend to return again and spend more relaxing days.
