Perfect location and excellent communication and kindness! I would repeat!

We stayed at David's excellent apartment for 4 nights just before Christmas. Very central location, walkable to most amenities and sights. Supermarket 2 minutes walk, bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep. The inevitable noise generated by the bar and restaurant crowds was compensated for by the terrific atmosphere that they created celebrating the Festive season. David was an excellent host, responsive to our limited queries. Access by key pads and then keys. Would highly recommend.

Amazing scandi place with a terrace and modern amenities, superb location, bed and pillows are super comfortable - we slept with the windows open - so peaceful and cool natural air from the outside, shower is great and high bathroom vanity/sink perfect for someone tall. There is an elevator in the building but still need to take about 17 steps to the unit which was not an issue even with heavy luggage since the steps are wide with comfortable rise. We will definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is in an exceptional location, very close to the cathedral and many restaurants with an important gastronomic variety, for all tastes. Good cleaning and tidiness. The apartment is large and spacious. Totally recommended. Juan Antonio was attentive to us the whole time and answered any questions quickly and clearly. Thank you so much for everything again! Highly recommended place to stay.

Super recommended! We felt at home. The place had everything you need and apart from tidy and clean. Pedro José super friendly with us, pending at every moment in case we needed anything, we will definitely come back!!

My partner and I stayed 3 nights and the truth is that the apartment is perfect to disconnect and be quiet. The views are undoubtedly the best. The area is very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Davinia treated us with a lot of understanding and attention.

It's been an amazing experience. The host was really nice and proactive in advising how we could check-in and get into the place. Also recommended the location of additional parking spaces which we needed as we were a large group. The communication was really easy but even more, the place was amazing. The location was great, in front of a beautiful park, and at walkable distance from all the touristic places and Murcia city centre. The apartment is huge, comfortable, and very nicely furnished, with plenty of storage room, comfy beds and sofas, and even a studio where 2 people could work remotely from. The terrace is fantastic and I only wish we have had more time to enjoy it. Next time I'm back in Murcia, I'll repeat this place. 100% would recommend.

The stay at Amparo's accommodation was fantastic. The apartment is very suitable for spending a few days with friends. It is very clean and well organized. The directions to get there are very clear and easy. We really appreciate the fact that you have parking to leave the car every day. If we return to Murcia, we will definitely repeat.

It was very easy to communicate with the host, at all times he was aware of the arrival. Easy to find the apartment. Everything was clean, tidy and well arranged for the arrival. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, rest is assured. The downtown area (leisure venues, restaurants, etc.) are close, about 10 minutes walk. Highly recommended if you want to visit Murcia in the future.

Agustín was very kind at all times. The house is great, everything new and nicely decorated. The super comfortable beds and everything is very clean. Definitely 100% recommended. It is also in the center of the city where you have access to everything.

Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modern. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partly permanent residents and holiday guests, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. Pools were never overcrowded. We recommend the apartment and thank Alexey & Natalia and Elena.

We feel very good, like home. It has all the amenities available. Impeccable stay!

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

The photos and description matched, the beach was very close and easy to walk to, we went by car because we had 2 kids but with the house parking it made everything more comfortable. There was everything and much more to enjoy the pools and the beach, ideal for families! Rest guaranteed!

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.
