Everything is very good, the place is quite quiet and comfortable, it has everything you need, I recommend it for any occasion. Although it is small, it is quite cozy and pleasant.

Amazing scandi place with a terrace and modern amenities, superb location, bed and pillows are super comfortable - we slept with the windows open - so peaceful and cool natural air from the outside, shower is great and high bathroom vanity/sink perfect for someone tall. There is an elevator in the building but still need to take about 17 steps to the unit which was not an issue even with heavy luggage since the steps are wide with comfortable rise. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful surroundings. Close to the beach. The stay is nice and cozy. And quiet street, plus point is that there was always parking space in front of the door. The host responds quickly to questions, and is friendly. highly recommended.

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.

I had a great stay at López's. He was very pleasant, welcoming and always available to communicate quickly and effectively. His sense of hospitality really impressed me. The apartment lived up to my expectations, comfortable and perfectly in line with the listing. I loved the place and would recommend it without hesitation!

Juan's apartment exceeded all expectations. A fantastic place to experience Caravaca De La Cruz. Everything within 🇪🇸 walking distance from the bakery just around the corner, a little luxury with fresh great pastries for breakfast. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is tastefully and nicely furnished with everything you need. Got a bit of a hotel/suite feeling here 😊 I really appreciated the washing machine with drying function. Also wonderful with a large refrigerator and freezer and not least a fantastic comfortable bed. Fantastic tasteful bathroom also with a lovely shower. All the neighbors in the building were nice and smiling, which made our stay extra great! The apartment was incredibly clean and inviting. Do you need more for a great stay? No, everyone thrives here, I'm sure. Do not hesitate to book if you are going to visit Caravaca De La Cruz and all the amazing places around Caravaca as well. We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely 2-bedroom ground floor apartment. It was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The private garden area was a real highlight—perfect for morning coffees, evening BBQs, or just lounging on the outdoor sofa. The apartment is in a peaceful part of the golf resort but still close to all the main facilities, which made everything super convenient. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome from the start. We’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway :)

The apartment was very clean, modern, and well equipped for a long stay. It had two double beds and both were very comfortable. A very nice park was located across the street, which was great for relaxing and would be good for guests with children. The view of the park from the apartment was nice, and quiet. Having a full grocery store on the ground floor was very convenient. Also, it is only a 5 minute walk to the regional bus station (very convenient!) and within easy walking distance (1-2km) of the cathedral, market, restaurants, bars and other key sites. 100% recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The place was amazing — even better than the photos — and the views at sunset were truly unforgettable. The house was spotless, everything smelled great, and it was super well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it welcoming and comfortable. The hosts were also lovely: really responsive, friendly, and made everything super easy. Highly recommend this place — would definitely come back!

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, in a perfect position for beach & town. Balcony looks out to the sea, wonderful sunrises. Gemma leaves you all he information necessary, easy access to the apartment. Had a wonderful stay & would definitely return.

Had a great stay at Elena’s place! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The views were breathtaking!

Villa was absolutely pristine, couldn't fault it. Location was great for our friends, walkable to restaurants etc. Cannot fault Kari she was a joy to deal with and her villa is exceptional. Our flight was delayed by an hour (not our fault) so charged 35 euros to be let in by the management company when an easy "lock box" would have sufficed. We were on an early morning flight home when apparently there would have been another charge however the company produced a "lock box"! However unfortunately did not text the combination so we left the key in the villa and just shut the door.

Sergio has been very attentive at all times and has helped us with everything we needed. The apartment has stunning views and is in a very quiet area. We would definitely come back

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modern. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partly permanent residents and holiday guests, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. Pools were never overcrowded. We recommend the apartment and thank Alexey & Natalia and Elena.

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great time, there wasn't a lot of sun but it had beautiful views! We were very comfortable!

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

The photos and description matched, the beach was very close and easy to walk to, we went by car because we had 2 kids but with the house parking it made everything more comfortable. There was everything and much more to enjoy the pools and the beach, ideal for families! Rest guaranteed!
