2nd stay in this apartment and continues to be a recommended accommodation because it is the most modern development in the area with ample services and amenities! Just like on the previous occasion, Celine and Arturo were pending and greatly facilitated the entrance.

The accommodation is just as it appears in the listing. Very quiet to spend a few days visiting family in Murcia and not be in the hustle and bustle of the city. The hosts were very kind, our flight to the Canary Islands was delayed and there was no problem on the part of our hosts to stay one more day. Totally recommended!

The host was very friendly and attentive. We arrived early to the apartment and were able to get in immediately without any problems. The location is excellent, close to shops and supermarkets. We were able to safely leave the car in parking. 100% recommended

We had a wonderful stay right in the heart of Murcia. Location Location Location!! Right beside the Mercado and all bars shopping cafes etc all in just a few seconds or minutes walking. So easy to find and so easy to explore the City from this place. It was so clean and smelled fresh on opening the door first time, beautifully presented and had everything you need for a city break. Some noise in the evening as right behind Mercado with fabulous nightlife and vibe but not intrusive. Bottles recycling collection in the mornings around 8am was bit loud but again, no issue for us. All in all, sucha a homely and comfortable stay, the beds were extremely comfortable and the shower refreshing and easy to use also. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and a good fridge. Having the outside patio space was also a boon. Well worth the price and very pleased with everything including communication with our hosts. We would definitely stay again!

Wow! If you have the chance, book ii! You will not find a more beautiful place or better location. We marveled at every gorgeous designer detail, from the luxury baths to the chef’s kitchen, set in a spectacular loft. It’s in the middle of upscale shopping and restaurants, walk a few minutes to everything right out your door. The host was friendly and instantly responded to messages - including great restaurant advice. Go to Mares Brava for the best local seafood and hidden beach! We chose Cartegena by chance because it was on our driving route across Spain. . We were so surprised by its beauty and quality of life. Lots to do and see. The Roman amphitheater was a highlight, maybe a 5 min walk. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment but very easy. Highly recommended!

Fantastic villa. Has everything you need. Pool brilliant. Paid extra to have it heated but well worth it as it was the end of may. Always quick response if you contacted them. The description and pictures match the villa. Quiet, safe area our second time in that street. Not much in walking distance so need a car. Cafe and supermarket a couple of min drive. Would book again.

Fantastic stay at Villa Aqua! Villa is exactly as described and has everything you need. Location is ok but definitely worth having a car if you want to explore. The villa was very clean and the pool was much bigger than we expected. Peaceful and private location - we would definitely stay again!

A great cottage right on the inland lake on La Manga, super equipped, everything you wanted was there. After just under two hours' drive from Alicante airport (it went faster on the return trip with 9.70 euros toll), you can get to a small idyll on an island with countless high-rises, where you feel completely in nature on the edge of tourist life and hustle and bustle. The house has been a little outdated or uninhabited for a while, but after a short time we had prepared everything so that we felt very comfortable. Thanks, we'll be happy to come back!

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

Loved Christian’s Flat! It felt like a home from home! We stayed for 2 nights and was exactly what we were after! A stones throw away from the beach, spotless flat, local to restaurants and even used the BBQ for dinner one night! Christian was a great host, nothing seemed to big! He gave us restaurant recommendations and let us check out a little later which was very kind! Would stay again if we’re back in Torrevieja.

What an amazing apartment! It is perfectly located on the beach, and overlooks the beach and the sea. We had read some reviews that mentioned the church bell. For us, it became a natural part of the soundscape and did not bother us. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering if you want it. Patrick and the local housekeeper are nice and they are easy to communicate with. Right across the street is a very nice bakery, and at the grocery store I have to mention the lady who works in the fresh produce. She had a good knowledge of cheese and more. We will return and highly recommend Patrick and the apartment😊

I don't give it 10 stars, because there aren't. If it was a number note it would be an 11 out of 10. Antonio is a very friendly host, attentive, always aware that we are well and go to dream places. The apartment is located in a private development, with two pools and jacuzzi in each of them, very well maintained gardens and a quiet neighborhood community. I highly recommend staying in any apartment in Antonio. Thank you so much for everything from the three of us, Antonio.

Fantastic stay! Everything you would ever need. Lots of toys for the kids for the pool even for the house. The house was immaculate and so beautiful. The host only took five minutes to reply even instantly 🤍🤍🤍We loved every minute of it and hopefully be back!

The appartment was perfect and location was right next to the main club house, the apartment itself was clean and very well presented, the host was amazing with communication and was easy to access and get around would stay again. We had friend on a villa and this was a beautiful location as perfect as can get, thank you for letting us stay.
