WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

We were there as a family for 6 days, it couldn't have been better. Everything is so cozy and furnished with a lot of love and at the same time high quality. Numerous cozy sitting areas invite you to linger. The amenities are excellent, nothing is missing. Silvia is super sweet and gave us great excursion tips. The location is perfect, all excursion destinations can also be reached by public transport. Glad to come back!

If you are looking for peace, quiet, a beautiful view, a beautiful apartment, a feeling of home and the owner of the apartment who answers every question immediately, this is the place. Mimi took care of every detail in her house. We felt like home down to the smallest details in the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen. The apartment is designed for a family with children who need to cook. The kitchen has everything. Good location, close to the lakes and all the attractions related to nature and water recreation. Highly recommend.

We travel a lot and buy this house is for sure in our top 3 - A real home, not just an Airbnb ! Everything you need from amenities like sauna and jacuzzi to all cooking essential We had a wondefull time exploring the surrounding and enjoying drink and leaks on the terrasse view stunning view No sun in the evening but no worry the fire pit will keep your warm ;) Love love love !

It was very nice in the tiny house. The terrace is large enough for reading and sunbathing and very quiet - parasol and loungers were available. The hot pot was especially great! We will be happy to come back.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

This location was great for us as it was close to the town and friends/family we visited. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed us to be able to sleep really well. Thank you Bettina!

Katharina's place was absolutely beautiful!!!! Myself, my sister and our 3 teen/ college daughters didn't want to leave! She is a lovely host offering help, kindness and service in exceptional ways. The views are absolutely amazing!!!! We loved sitting on the balcony or at dinner at the table overlooking the mountains and just taking in the beauty and peacefulness. Visiting the animals was so fun as well. She has thought of so many helpful amenities for travelers. As an interior designer, I especially appreciated the beautiful and functional interior spaces from the kitchen, living to the bedrooms and well thought out bathrooms. I highly recommend Katharina's place. She is lovely herself and her place resembles both her personal beauty and her desire to create a space for others to enjoy true respite, peace and time with the people they love. The accommodation is lovingly furnished, clean and equipped with everything you need. The location is great :) quiet, but still central enough to reach everything well. Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

The apartment was simply perfect! Clean, equipped with everything needed, pleasant and comfortable, quiet and in an excellent location. The design is stunning, inviting, and very suitable for children. As soon as we entered, we felt at home. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended!

The stay at Valentin's was great. The apartment matched the pictures and it had everything you could want. Valentin was a very nice host and greeted us personally upon arrival. We would come back anytime:)

Evelyn is a wonderful host and answered any questions we had within minutes. There is a grocery store very close that was convenient and it is very easy to walk to the old town area. It is a about a 20 minute walk.

My family had a wonderful 3-night stay here. I would have stayed longer if our time allowed. The apartment home was very clean and well appointed with everything you could possibly need (including espresso pods and even a small container of fresh milk for the morning!) Communication with the host is amazing and Doris is ready to help answer any questions you may have. We enjoyed walking to Old Town Salzburg on the numerous trails or quiet side streets, we also did a few activities in the mountains (Ice Caves, Salt Mines, etc). I would definitely stay here again if I visit the area in the future.

Really nice, well appointed place. Location is good with grocery store a few houses away. Bus stop in front. Short cab to town. Enjoyed the american coffee maker! Murat is very responsive and can be there quickly if any peoblem arises. Great host!

We were two families with a toddler and felt very comfortable. I wanted to bake a birthday cake and asked Gertrude for a mixer and a scale. She was uncomplicated and very helpful, providing us with everything. The house has a huge terrace with wonderful surroundings. It is quiet and idyllic. New, very well-maintained bathrooms, great sauna, and the bedrooms are also in good order. Unfortunately, the Internet was bad and there were only three TV channels. None of this worked in the last bedroom. The kitchen is very spacious, with plenty of space inside and outside. But the kitchen is already very outdated and could do with an update. Overall, we felt super comfortable. And I can highly recommend this address.

Daniela and her house hold a special place for us. It made our whole trip. The house is huge and private with a huge garden tucked away in the beautiful peaceful forest. As for inside the house, it felt right at home. From the cute gifts Daniela left for us to the fully equipped store, bathroom and kitchen that had literally everything you need, to the comfortable clean beds and amazing fireplace. I also want to mention all the Tv subscriptions Daniela offered for us including Netflix and amazon prime and all the local recommendations by the hostess. It is literally the best place I ever booked. Thank you for the great place and we will definitely be back!!
