Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Salzburg

Perfect place to spend the week with the family. Lots to do within a short drive. Felt like home and had everything we needed and more! Great that there was a washer and dryer.

Unterkunft war sehr schön. etwas warm war es, aber dafür gab es auch zwei Ventilatoren. Einrichtung war top. Alles war sauber. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren viel unterwegs und es war jedes mal wieder angenehm in die Unterkunft zurückzukommen. Sehr gemütlich.

Snezana-Mile je úžasná hostiteľka, ktorá veľmi rýchlo reagovala na naše otázky (a bolo ich veľa 😊). Ubytovanie je v dedinke kúsok od Salzburgu, v peknom modernom dome. Je v tichom prostredí, veľmi čistý, pohodlný, kuchyňa je plne vybavená, a okrem klasického vybavenia nás potešili aj drobnosti - kávové (a čoko) kapsule, čaj, koreniny a podobne. V kúpelniach nechýbali všetky potrebné hygienické potreby. V izbách bol dostatok úložného priestoru. Potešili aj sieťky proti hmyzu v oknách. Naša 8-členná skupinka sa cítila veľmi príjemne a pohodlne. Do centra Salzburgu je to autobusom cca 20 minút, Snezana-Mile mám vybavila aj cestovné lístky. Ubytovanie v Au jednoznačne odporúčam, veľmi radi sa sem ešte niekedy vrátime. Snezana-Mile – ďakujeme veľmi pekne ♥

We had an unforgettable stay at Hallstatt Lakeview House! The views were absolutely stunning — truly some of the best in the area. The home was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Our hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful, providing detailed instructions that made finding the house easy. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to stay here and would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The surroundings and and scenery are truly spectacular. The house was beyond expectations. Very spacious and comfortable. I will stay here again when I return.

We hebben erg genoten van Barbara’s verblijf. Bij aankomst stond Barbara klaar om ons te verwelkomen. Het appartement had precies wat we nodig hadden en de omgeving was prachtig! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

We had a lovely time staying here and exploring Salzburg! It was really easy to find the place and get inside - Ray's instructions were very clear and helpful! It's really easy to get to the city centre and the central train station which meant exploring the city and it's surroundings was simple! Ray was very communicative and ready to answer any questions we had! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again next time we visit Salzburg!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt direkt am Mattsee – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten das große Glück, ein paar Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus am Mattsee zu verbringen, und es war einfach fantastisch. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – direkt am See mit atemberaubendem Blick, der jeden Morgen begeistert. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Herbert hat uns herzlich empfangen und war ein aufmerksamer, freundlicher Gastgeber, der jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar war. Vielen Dank, Herbert, für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Amelie's place was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities that a family could ask for. The lake view is simply amazing. You could spend the entire day at the apartment and unwind looking at the lake. Amelie was a very good host.

Johanna en Flo zijn superlieve mensen maar de allerliefste is Rosalie , ze is zo schattig !!!!! We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen, alles is SUPER PROPER en NETJES!!!! Leuk ingericht, de keuken is heel goed uitgerust om zelf te koken. We hebben enorm genoten van het super gezellige en leuke terras met mooie tuin en prachtig zicht op de bergen. Ook al hadden we soms een beetje regen we konden steeds droog op het terras zitten. Je hebt prive parking bij het appartement. Aan de overkant een gezellige Konditorei met hele lekkere gebakjes . En een hele lekker Pizzeria net om de hoek, Jolly Pizzeria met hele lekkere Pizza. Er is ook een kleine supermarkt in de buurt. De omgeving was heel rustig en je bent direct aan de Konigssee. In de omgeving kan je hele mooie wandelingen en uitstappen maken. Alles was PERFECT, we hebben SUPER genoten van onze vakantie en voelde ons THUIS !!!! We raden het appartement ten zeerste aan en zouden zeker terugkomen. Lieve groetjes Rita en Walter

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch und auch der Ausblick vom Balkon der Unterkunft wirklich sehr schön. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist auskömmlich und Sabine ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen!

Dejlig stille omgivelser. Haven var noget tilgroet og vi manglede poolen at at blive kølet af i efter en hel dag med vandring. Bea god havde en forklaring på dette så det var helt acceptabelt. Vi manglede intet i boligen for at kunne klare os hele ugen. Der var pænt og rent. Vi ankom før indtjening hvilket ikke var et problem. Boligen var fugtigt og kølig da vi kom men Bea havde både sat affugter og varmeblæsere frem til os så i løbet af et par dage havde vi en både affugtet og varm bolig. Bea var god til at vejlede, informere og henvise os til attraktive steder og transport muligheder. Vi oplevede Bea som en fantastisk vært som ikke var påtrængende men alligevel hjælpsom. Alt i alt havde vi et fantastisk ophold og en skøn afstressende ferie som kan anbefales i en travl hverdag

Wir durften ein paar Tage in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbringen. Die Wohnung war wunderschön, modern und gemütlich. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht und die Terrasse war auch großartig. Radu war ein netter, aufmerksamer Gastgeber und bei Fragen stets erreichbar. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

It was our third time in Salzkammergut and wonderful Sankt-Wolfgang. I think this town is the best location around! The lake is amazing! Simone’s apartment was at my “wish list” at Airbnb, since my previous trip. And I’m very happy that I had opportunity to realise it! Details: Apartment is fully equipped. Everything is very comfortable and high quality as if the apartment was furnished to live in, not for rent. View: Amazing, much better I could imagine watching photos. The balcony/terrace is very big and fully furnished (dinner set: table and chairs), sofa, comfortable chairs, etc. Parking: Comfortable public parking in 100 metres. 8 euros/day. It’s so spacious, that I think even in high season there are parking spaces available. Restaurants: A lot of restaurants around. Simone gave us restaurant guide and recommendations. P.S. To reach the apartment you need to walk downstairs approximately 2 stories. It’s not a problem at all, but you should take it in consideration

Super Wohnung und Christian ist sehr nett. Wenn es möglich ist, würden wir noch mal hier übernachten:)

The spacious top floor apartment is situated in a quiet oneway side street, the balcony overlooks a large sculpture garden and the back abuts a green space. It was close to public transport and easy walking access to the old town and attractions. We loved waking up to bird song and not noisy traffic and would absolutely return. Filipe was a responsive and informative host. Highly recommended.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Es war ein traumhaftes Appartement in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Alles was man braucht war da und Wünsche wurden sofort umgesetzt. Wir kommen gern wieder vorbei.

Alles war perfekt! Sogar das sofa war zum schlafen sehr bequem mit guter Matratze.Küche super ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist sehr lauschig. Elisabeth ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir hätten gerne mehr zeit hier verbracht.

Great place and amazing view of the Austrian mountains.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnungen zu Gast. Sie ist für 4 Personen perfekt. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

El departamento es muy confortable, tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas breves vacaciones. Un balcón que invita a la reflexión. El paisaje es tan atrapante!! Un lugar paradisíaco. La ubicación es muy buena para acceder al bus (a la vuela de la esquina) que acerca a la estación donde se toma el otro bus para ir al Nido del Águila. Nosotros fuimos en auto a Berchtesgaden y fui muy sencillo llegar. Es decir tiene todo para ser recomendado: departamento completo, lugar paradisíaco, fácil acceso al pueblo. Además Tania siempre estuvo en contacto para facilitarnos las cosas.

Ich bin im Alltag ein äußerst sauberer Mensch. Ich fühle mich schnell unwohl, wenn es nicht aufgeräumt oder unordentlich ist. Daher an dieser Stelle ein sehr großes Kompliment an die Person, die die Unterkunft vorab in Ordnung gebracht hat! Exzellente Arbeit! Für den mitgereisten Schäferhund war genug Platz. Zusätzlich befindet sich die Wohnung auf Grund der ländlichen Lage in „spaziergehfreundlichem“ Gebiet. Die getroffenen Bewohner des Ortes sind sehr (fremden)freundlich. Man wird von jedem gegrüßt und es wird Hilfe angeboten, wenn man - so wie wir offenbar 😁 - etwas verloren in der Landschaft herumsteht. Wir waren gerne Gäste in diesem Haus und kommen ebenfalls gerne wieder, wenn wir noch einmal eine Unterkunft in dieser Gegend brauchen.

Po příjezdu k místu ubytování nás nadchla krásná okolní krajina. Proces ubytování je dobře popsán a byl zdolán na první pokus. Apartmán na nás dýchl kouskem domova a byl skvělým odrazovým můstkem při celodenních turistických výletech. Apartmán má úžasný výhled na okolní krajinu a vrcholky Alp, východ slunce je tu uchvacující. Odjet se nám nechtělo. Děkujeme 😉👍

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! Christina and Matthias did everything they could to make us feel welcome, and that paid off. Their hospitality, the accomodation, the surrounding environment. Everything is lovely. Their daughter even made us some amazing courgette fudge muffins. Salzburg is also very easy to reach with a 15-minute bus ride that stops at the end of the street. If we ever come back to visit Salzburg, we’ll definitely come here again!
