Holiday rentals with a sauna in Saint-Raphaël

Stephane was waiting on my daughter and me when we arrived to let us in, show us around, and answer any questions. He was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the place, great location, and very comfortable. We would stay there again. Thank you Annie and Stephane!!

We'd love to come back here! A warm welcome from the father when we arrived without our luggage, he walked with us to the store so we could buy necessities. The apartment is clean and everything you need is there. A big plus for a nice pool area.

My wife and I had the best vacation ever! This is the best Airbnb i’ve ever rented by far. Ela was a fantastic host. The building (Parc du Cap) is incredible. It’s brand new, with unbelievable amenities such as beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic tennis court, a top notch gym and spa boasting a world class sauna, steam room and even a cold room. The apartment itself was immaculate with top notch appliances and a large furnished terrace. The location was as good as it gets! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Juan-les-Pins and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to all the amazing beaches. We also walked 15 minutes to go into Antibes and all their restaurants, beaches etc. If I could sum our experience in one word it would be- PERFECT! Gary Busel

Wow ! We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for hopping on the metro or some days we even walked. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood very close to the supermarket so you can easily grab some things for the refrigerator. When we arrived Brian was there to let us in and we even got to check in early! He was also very responsive to any questions and very helpful. The pictures of this place do not do it justice! Honestly it looks even better in person . The balcony is huge and so perfect for lounging and family meals . Also the bedrooms were great sizes for 3 people . One room has a queen and the other has a king. The air conditioning was also lovely at night . Also , definitely try the hammam steam shower…soo nice at the end of the day walking so much! There is great wi-fi and a washing machine if you need it as well. Overall , I would definitely stay here again in Nice!

Very nice cottage in a beautiful environment and special touches from the owners. 😜 Lots of small outdoor spaces to sit and read, have a drink. Or simply contemplate nature. The view is splendid! A river below is also to be discovered. The owners' pets: cat and dog are also affectionate. We really enjoyed this place, too bad the weather wasn't great for us. Bad timing!

Great place, recommended immediately. Everything clean, very quiet, fantastically beautiful view, super nice landlord. Overall, amenities were above the standard and superbly furnished. We used sauna and washing machine, also great. Above all, it stands out that the landlords were totally nice, friendly and helpful. Will be happy to come back

Excellent location and very clean accommodations. Highly recommend if you will be gone during ‘working hours’ with a note that there are currently extensive renovations happening in an adjoining unit during the day. Amenities were good, but be prepared to replace any supplies that end during the stay. Alain is a very fast and consistent communicator- much appreciated! Wonderful property- definitely recommend.

An unforgettable stay 5-10 minutes from the center of Cannes! The apartment was spotless and perfectly located. The balcony view was absolutely stunning—sipping morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the Mediterranean was a highlight. Margot David & the host team were available for any questions. It was the fourth time in the apartment, we were very satisfied! It is a nice apartment, everything is present, it is clean, very quiet and on the beach. We will be back next year :-)

Very nice apartment with fantastic views. Amenities match the descriptions. Very large terrace with all amenities, such as large dining table and lounge furniture. The unit is very nicely maintained. The pool is sufficiently large. The proximity to the city and the beach is a great advantage. Very nice apartment for small families like us. Very quick and always friendly response from the hostess. What a great host! Lovely place. 2 mins to the beach. Has indoor and outsoor pools. Host was very helptful, courteous and on too of things. Will be baxk some day.

Apartment is superbly furnished. The small room is well used. The bed is very comfortable and easy to fold out. We also found the small balcony very convenient. We would have liked a second blanket, but in the summer this is probably less relevant. It was great that we were able to check in earlier! Thanks for this!

The apartment is super in everything... furnished with care, every comfort present... it's hard to get out of the house so unique... Unique with its terrace overlooking the sea where your gaze does not stop admiring... You can spend pleasant time in the Jacuzzi right on the terrace…. A real poetry!!! Comfortable in every way... parking, elevator, air conditioning, shops and groceries under the house as well as great restaurants The sea you appreciate from the magnificent house is a stone's throw from it…. Free beaches but also with the possibility of renting a cot and umbrella…. lunches on the beautiful cobblestone bay…. Marie France was kind, thoughtful, and responsive…. She left for us small and appreciated gifts, even to our dog Olga made a gift... The only sad thing is to leave but leave the apartment with a satisfied and happy heart! Thank you for everything

We (6 adults, 3 couples) visited Didier's house Thursday-Sunday late August and enjoyed his lovely house. We can greatly recommend this villa for those that wish to visit Cannes and also appreciate a spacious and secluded living, with all the amenities needed (including a big and very deep pool).

It’s a nice place in a private neighborhood. On the horizon you can recognize the sea. The pool area is further down from the main terrace, so it’s quite even when the kids play.

We were a group of 8 people and had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house! Everything was clean, spacious, and exactly like the pictures if not better. The house had everything we needed, and we felt so comfortable and relaxed the entire time. The host was kind, helpful, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. It really made our stay even more special. Thank you so much for hosting us we’ll definitely keep this place in mind for the future!

If you are looking for somewhere quirky, then this is it! This is a very original house perfectly positioned easy to park a car. A few things don’t work, but that is strangely part of the charm! But it was fun imagining what this house must’ve been like back in its heyday The pool area was fantastic, kitchen very well equipped, and having a bathroom for each bedroom was great. Kseniya was quick to address issues, we only had one small one and it was fixed within the hour. Great place for a family and friends, amazing views, and there was also a friend friendly seagull who would set off the pool alarm occasionally!

We really enjoyed our stay in Irene’s house, which had been highly recommended to us and lived up to its description. Irène was exceptionally helpful . The peace and seclusion of the house and poolside area in combination with the proximity to the village was ideal. We enjoyed trotting up and down the fascinating path to the shops and cafes, exploring the different resources of the village and admiring its views amid the scents of the lime trees and jasmine . Our stay was so relaxing and the village had such excellent resources so close at hand that we didn’t often venture further but we’d hope to do so on another stay, perhaps to explore the local trails or the neighbouring towns .

A real cocoon for a moment for two! Everything was perfect: jacuzzi, sauna, pool, mood lighting, not to mention the warm welcome and impeccable cleanliness. We'll be right back!
