Completely independent accommodation, both very simple and no fuss but also very good and functional! Good value for money and very easy to access (perfect flexibility because that's what I needed!). And to top it all off, Laurent is very proactive and always available to answer questions. I recommend 👍

We had a great stay at Yves' house! The garden is superb and the house very spacious. Yves is really very kind and the bottle of Sancerre to welcome us was a very appreciated little gift!

Central location in Pouilly-sur-Loire. Shops within walking distance (50 m, bakery and convenience store). Banks of the Loire for strolling 100m away. Ideal for visiting the region (Charité-sur-Loire, Sancerre, Nevers) and touring some winemakers. Nice and well-equipped house, with private parking in the courtyard.

Very, very nice, practical accommodation, very well furnished and very clean. Everything is thought out with a sense of hospitality. Perfect welcome. We carefully keep the address to return to it. Thanks
