Monthly Rentals in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet apartment with a very pleasant balcony, offering magnificent views of the gardens and villas around the top of the hill. The apartment is located on the first floor of a small, recent, well-maintained residence. It can be easily reached on foot from Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Beaulieu-sur-Mer. The host is very responsive and very kind, we needed a large pot and extra blankets, we got them very quickly. The apartment is very clean and well appointed, perfect for a holiday stay!

Perfect location! Steps away from the beach and town, which made it so easy to step out for a swim or for dinner. Such an amazing view and great space. Annalisa was very easy to communicate with and made the experience 10/10. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment looked exactly as pictured and the view is beautiful. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and local restaurants. Audrey (the host) was super helpful with check-in and check out. We would highly recommend booking!

Christian’s Airbnb felt like home away from home. Super well appointed and close to all the beaches in the best location of St. Jean. We didn’t want to leave and could have stayed longer!
