Monthly Rentals in Saint-Héand

The cottage is located in a quiet and pleasant residence with a terrace, a petanque court, a trampoline and a green space (garden). Inside the cottage, a very large living room, board games, a pool table, foosball... Each room has an adjoining shower/bathroom. 3 toilets including 2 upstairs. The space was very clean. As for the host, he is very friendly, responsive and available. He gave us some great places nearby, including a very good semi-gastronomic restaurant! The only downside is that the house is not equipped with air conditioning and the nights in hot weather are a little harsh.

Very pleasant stay in Fabien's home! Very well arranged, and with neat decoration! Easy communication, and very easy access to the accommodation! I recommend it!

Accommodation reserved for a period of one month. Quiet and bright at Marie's, who remains attentive to her tenant throughout the stay. Access to and sharing of the washing machine located in an adjoining laundry room is easy. For those who love the outdoors, life at 850 m altitude requires appropriate clothing for the season of the visit...

Our host was much more communicative than we were about managing our arrival, when we weren't really good on our side, we did everything urgently, but it's only our fault. The studio is as described and is good value for money. On the other hand, it deserves a little refresh, but it remains very correct. The environment is very quiet and the proximity to the bakery is appreciated.
