great place. nice view of the beach. about 50-100m from the shore, very nice. very enjoyable coffees and wines from the balcony. apartment was clean and comfortable

We loved our stay here, such a good location for is to visit the grandparents in the retirement community. Our wonderful hosts were super helpful, friendly, and available. The storage are is top notch nothing feels better then being able to unpack your bags and organize your things so you can see them. I really loved the recommendations for places to visit. Also, we came in winter and they were so nice to have the place heated before we arrived. Definitely recommended

Fantastic location, private and very well provisioned with furniture, bedding, large screen tv and kitchenware. All Sorrento’s and the local region’s best amenities and attractions are close by, with restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. Highly recommended, especially for a family or group of 4 - 6.

Great stay - Jasmina was very helpful and the apartment was very well appointed. Enjoyed the proximity to the sea for some lovely morning walks and runs. Thank you again!

We had a great stay. The bed was super comfortable. It had a smart TV, really soft bath towels and I really loved the little powerful hair dryer. We also love staying at places that have a washer so we can pack lighter. It also has the extra bits and pieces like washing liquid, salt and pepper and toiletries if you needed them. Thanks again Yanyan, we loved it 🤩🤩

This place was a fantastic find—beautiful, spotless, and a pleasure to stay in. After a long bike ride, it felt truly luxurious to settle in and unwind. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Watching the sunrise from the balcony over the water was a real highlight. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others, and I’d gladly stay again.

Our large family thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay. Despite three days of rain, the home is perfect to share quality family time together as well as having fabulous access to the nearby village and beach - literally one street away. Kate was the perfect host and communicated very clearly and in a friendly manner right from the point of booking. We enjoyed the fire, the separate living zones and the expansive kitchen/living area. Thank you for having us, we thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful beach house!!

Sam’s place is absolutely gorgeous and feel just like home. It is incredibly comfortable and we really love the ambiance. Plus the huge backyard kept our kids entertained for hours and the house feature a brand new kitchen and furniture. The only down side is that the upstairs bedrooms can get quite hot since there is no air conditioning. We struggled a bit one night when day time temperature hit 38 degree. Other than that, the house is very close the the beach, house condition and overall atmosphere are top class.

great stay in a charming little cottage right on the beach. Jess was fantastic at communication and the kids loved being so close to the beach and playgrounds. the location is ideal - quiet but close to dromana. would definitely stay again.

The location was excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and all other amenities. It also offered a lovely view, which made our mornings and evenings even more enjoyable. Very clean and spacious place in the perfect location, right near the water and Bellarine coastal walking track. The sunrises and sunets here are magnificent and can be seen unobstructed right from the living area! The house has everything you need and a spacious front and back yard for the kids and dog to run around and play - perfect for a family getaway. Amy made us feel right at home with timely communication. Will definitely be back here and highly recommend this place for a peaceful weekend with the family.

The location of the property was perfect. It was well stocked and very comfortable. Communication was prompt and any requests were dealt with quickly. I would highly recommend this property and hope I am lucky enough to stay again. Loved it!

Josephine’s place was great. Spacious 2 bedroom , nice balcony, Clean, amazing location near the beach 200mts train station opposite. We extended our stay and Josephine was responsive and provided clear instructions. I m happy to recommend the apartment

This place was perfect for what we needed! It was a great location with lots to do in walking distance. It accommodated my family, was clean and safe, and Holly was always very responsive. We would definitely book again!

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.
