Townhome holiday rentals in Sacramento River

Went to Bottlerock and this was the PERFECT location. If you are driving and attending a large event like Bottlerock, you can’t use your car to go anywhere or your street parking spot will be gone instantly so plan ahead. Street parking starts filling up so early and this street is so close to the festival that it attracts concert goers. The parking on the other side of the street is limited to 2 hours and tow trucks were standing by from really early in the morning. I’m sure most of the time this is not an issue and only because of the music festival. However, we didn’t need a car for most things because everything was so walkable and there are great restaurants, bars, etc. all around beautiful Napa. It is a charming (aka older) studio as described. Everything worked and as others mentioned, the bed and linens were great. Lots of soft towels were available and other useful items were provided. Gloria was welcoming and checked in to see if we needed anything which was a nice touch.

Great location! Loved the green space in the back but beware of golf balls! Lovely floor plan. We loved it!

We have now stayed at Tina’s the last 4 years. When something is that nice of an experience and comfy you keep coming back. We appreciate how she communicates and if there is anything that needs attention it is taken care of immediately. We will be coming back!

We enjoyed two nights at Kathy's and used it as a home base for visiting wineries and the coast. It's a private and comfortable space, and Kathy let us use the kitchen and her relaxing outdoor patio for eating our breakfast. Thanks!

Perfect base for visiting Sacramento and surrounding areas. Accommodation was excellent and was perfect for what we required. Close to local amenities and restaurants. We would recommend staying here.

Wow - Jackie is a great host and the unit is really fantastic. We needed a walkable 2/2 unit and her unit is perfect. We walked to the Far East lift (took only 13 minutes even in deep snowfall with ski boots on). Even with the 50+year record shattering snowfall in December 2021, the roads were plowed and the park-lot accessible. The unit has so many nice touches (extra blankets, sleep number beds, a great stocked kitchen with plenty of silverware and cups and bowls, boardgames, DVDs, nice TVs, and a super cozy fireplace. The unit includes those small touches like high quality paper products, cleaning supplies under every sink, a washer/dryer, and vacuum (we had a longer stay so it was nice to be able to spruce up a bit). The windows are soundproofed so we never heard the car noise (but only the avalanche cannons that went off all the time in the 9' of snow we got in 5 days). Lastly, Jackie is super easy to talk with, and she kept in contact throughout the stay to ensure that the power and wifi stayed on. Also, she shared the county winter storm warnings with us (like I said, we got 9' of snow in just 5 days). I recommend this unit highly and hope that we can return to do more skiing.

Perfect getaway with ocean view. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Being next door to the Pacific Coast’s tallest lighthouse was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

The place is clean, comfortable and quiet. We really like the local guide Linda left. The morning hike to the Rabbit Hill Preserve is wonderful. The WIFI didn't work for us for the first night, Linda was actively working to help us finding a solution. Overal, great value.

Clean and well kept place to stay in Tahoe with a very communicative and helpful host. Great location and easy access to both Alpine and Palisades.

We enjoyed our stay at Krysten’s place. We especially enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning surrounded by beautiful pine trees and a green fairway. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable. There was extra bedding for the cold nights. Krysten was very responsive and great to work with. We highly recommend this condo.

Robert's place was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for our business trip. We asked him for some help fixing a door during our stay and he went out of his way to fix it, which was much appreciated.

Gorgeous loft-like home. Truly special and absolutely pristine. Everything felt new in a really good way. Boutique high street a 2 min walk with lovely shops and restaurants. The top floor doesn’t have its own bathroom or a mirror but other than that, it really was perfect.

Great stay near downtown Sacramento. This is a beautiful property with a rooftop area to relax. Close to many attractions and great restaurants. The neighborhood is walkable and bikes are provided. I highly recommend this property if you are in the area.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Stephanie’s place. The view is spectacular, absolutely loved the deck area. It’s peaceful and beautiful, with all the amenities you need. The house was perfect for our family stay and had everything we needed. Was a comfortable stay for us. Stephanie was kind enough to check in to see how we were doing and was always responsive and accommodating. Grateful for the priceless memories we were able to make there as a family. Me and my GF LOVED this place it was super lowkey the esthetic was fire the backyard with the best part getting in the hot tub was complete vibes our host was also amazing responded very quickly and made our stay that much better!

Nicole and Jonathan's place is a gem, clean, cozy, and comfortable. Modern amenities, full kitchen, bath, work space, and cozy bed and sitting area. Close to shops and restaurants in North Berkeley. The hosts were great with communication of all details. I would be happy to stay in their home anytime.
