“After 3 months sheltering in the bay area, our family found this retreat property up past Redding. It had all we needed for our family of 6, including 4 children under age 12. We had easy access to town and groceries to cook at home, comfy sleeping arrangements, quiet open space, and of course a swimming pool with a waterslide, and a hottub. As the adult, I enjoyed mornings and evenings on the deck with coffee. The home is very clean and cared for and the hosts Todd and Nancy are very responsive. They do stay nearby in a smaller dwelling, but they give you privacy. We used the home as headquarters and ventured off to Lake Whiskeytown, Lake Shasta, Sacramento River, the Sundial Bridge, etc. A few of the days we just lounged around the comfort of the home and outdoor living space. It was great!”
Stunning Mediterranean & NYC style, studio loft on the West side of Redding. This is a private unit with your private gate. It is within 10 minutes drive to restaurants and cafes, popular landmarks such as Whiskeytown, Sundial Bridge, and Bethel Church. This modern apartment overlooks the green belt, with a deck to enjoy the serene view. We have 7 Olive trees on our compound. The olive is a symbol of peace and tranquility. House of Olives is a perfect haven for personal retreat and relaxation.
“We had an amazing time @ Cornelius & Tiffanys place! Its our first time to stay in airbnb and i can say that we are very satisfied, the loft is very beautiful, balcony is so relaxing and a hospitable host.highly recommend this place👍”
This place started off as just a shipping container in our back yard. We built it into a cozy, roomy and industrial feeling space. The 9 ft ceilings make our 300 square feet of living space feel much larger then you’d think, with plenty of space to place your items and luggage. We’re close to hiking and biking trails, the Shasta Dam and Shasta Lake.
“How many people get to say they stayed overnight in a shipping container! After today I get to and I couldn’t be happier! The place was so cool! I can’t even believe that it was even a shipping container to begin with! We had a great time checking this place out and it was a super comfy stay overall! Very pleased with the Tiny Casa!”
