Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sacramento River

Larry was an amazing host. There were plenty of groceries there for us to make multiple meals and also a milk of our own request to make coffee. Larry also left us a bottle of wine to try along with some other drinks. He was extremely responsive and even allowed us to check in early. Overall it was an amazing experience that I would easily recommend.

Loved the place and it's located in a very peaceful and safe location. Everything you need while away from home was accessible within a 3 mile radius. When the wifey and I visit Sacramento again, I will hope Henry place is available for our stay

I cannot begin to explain how lovely Linda’s place is. The house is adorable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make meals. We spent so much time in the back garden. It’s a tranquil paradise. Very dog friendly with the yard being fenced all the way around. Linda is an amazing host. Very responsive if you have any questions or concerns. We truly enjoyed our stay and will consider coming back. Thank you, Linda.

Jacque was a very accommodating host. She was very responsive to any questions posed. Her property is amazingly beautiful and we had complete privacy. The views were magnificent and the area has tons of history. I would definitely return here.

Anthony and Ava home was beautiful and felt like a home away from home. They messaged me promptly with all the information I needed and more. Would definitely stay with them again!

Sherry was very responsive and very flexible with checkout which we appreciated. you need a car as there's not much within walking distance. the neighborhood is quiet and although the unit is a bit dated, it has everything you need.

Jessie responded quickly with anything I had a question about. Lovely back porch. Appreciated the snacks and enjoyed the fireplace. Recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was very clean and comfortable. It had a very nice country decor. I was also very impressed with the water pressure. The yard was very beautiful! So many flowers, lush green lawns and cozy places to hang out. It even has a cottage with different musical instruments and a cozy furnishings. Jeff and Linda are wonderful and very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Rogers home was fantastic to stay in. A cosy studio with enough room for two adults and a surprisingly well stocked kitchen with everything you’d need to make a full meal: toaster oven, coffee machine, and even a hot plate with some pots and pans! The place was clean and there were many extra towels and linens provided. Most importantly, the AC unit in the room worked splendidly- we stayed during a 100+° weekend and felt cool and comfortable the whole time. Would recommend this airbnb the next time you’re planning a trip up near Lassen Volcanic park!

One of the best Airbnb places I've stayed. Doris was very responsive to anything I needed and she and her husband were both very friendly and helpful. This property sets next to a field with horses and beautiful woodlands and green meadows. Very quiet & private, but very close to major urban areas with entertainment and restaurants. I went to this little oasis for a personal yoga and meditation retreat I put together. It was perfect. The generosity of the hosts in stocking the refrigerator and kitchen with special food & drink items was above and beyond. I felt pampered. I will return for sure.

We loved our two nights at Amy’s place with our two pups! I wish we would have planned to stay longer, there was a lot more to explore in the area! It was SO clean. We usually feel like we need to re-clean just to feel ok in Airbnb’s but Amy’s place felt like we were staying at a friend’s place that we trusted. The homemade delivered muffins were a treat and she gave us some awesome local recommendations. The bed was comfortable and it was super quiet!

Top Story is top-notch. Really well equipped kitchen with thoughtful extras like a Keurig coffee machine and pods and compostable plastic ziplocks for your picnic lunches. Comfortable beds. Fine wi-fi. Well-stocked bathroom (although the shower is a bit small). Nice design sense. The little touches like home-made baked goods and a welcome basket are definitely a plus. Wendy was both very pleasant and responsive. Would definitely chose Top Story for a Loyalton stay.

We had a lovely stay at Monica’s. The location was good and within an easy walk to downtown and the train. It was also a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed hearing the birdsong. The studio was very comfortable and relaxing and had everything we needed including a very spacious bathroom. We also appreciated the recommendations left by Monica and other guests

Wow-Thyra was a wonderful host! I never get to go on trips so it’s quite a big deal for me when I plan one. My partner and I had so many recommendations and what to expect due to Thyra’s awesome communication long before we even had the day of our arrival. On the day of, we parked early just to secure our parking spot and she welcomed us in early which was very convenient and nice after driving a few hours. In addition to the quaint, cozy, tidy home she had left a couple beverages and snacks that ended up being a life saver after some hikes! I had such a memorable experience, I planned a really special anniversary trip and having a nice quiet place to get back to after a tiring day and site seeing made it that much more comfortable and amazing.

Ruby's place is exactly as advertised - very comfortably appointed, walkable to some of my favorite spots in Berkeley, and the private garden seating area just outside the double-kitchen doorway was simply beautiful. I will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

Such a fantastic Airbnb, probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The hosts are so kind and everything is even better than advertised. Make sure to get some cider for the road because it’s incredible! The breakfasts the host provides for you each morning are delightful, menu is different each day. Really really incredible place. And to top it all off the guest house is beautifully updated!

Everything was exactly as shown in pictures and descriptions. We really appreciated the private backyard area to hang out in at some point each day we were there. There was just he right amount of shade and sun and comfortable chairs to lounge in. The interior was just perfect for us as well, very comfortable and well equipped. The bed and linens were comfortable but maybe just a light blanket in the summer time is all you need as it does get a little warm upstairs. We love the neighborhood (our son lives just a few blocks away) and we took the advice of Laura and got some tacos at Oscars Tacos just down the street. Amazing vegetarian options, especially the sweet potato one. Curbiside for ice cream is always a favorite of ours as well, just a few blocks in the other direction. We would recommend for a stay to anyone considering.

A beautiful, artistic and charming guest room that was perfect for a nights stay. Dave was a lovely host, waiting for us with a big smile and an open door. We booked last minute, and both hosts were so responsive and kind and accommodating. The place itself isn’t large, but it’s got everything you need to relax and enjoy- a comfortable bed and sheets, a beautiful green view out of the windows, an artistic and stylish bathroom with charming details (including a towel warmer!!) a fridge, coffee maker and cold water in glass bottles. There is a private outdoor patio decorated in mosaic tiles created by Kathryn, with lush greenery everywhere. We had two memorable meals out there- when we first arrived Dave made us a snack plate with beverages delivered on a tray. Also, they cook you breakfast and deliver it to the patio at your desired time. It was such a lovely way to start the morning and is the type of hospitality gesture that makes their Airbnb stand out. Can’t wait to come back!

Dawna's place was perfect for our one-night stay. Dawna has very thoughtfully stocked her place with everything needed, and she greeted us when we arrived to give us a personal tour. We also loved having a glass of wine in the lovely backyard beside the fire pit.

If you are visiting Lassen NP and need to stay overnight, Martha's home is definitely the best place to be. Only 10 minutes drive to the park entrance, the huge house is situated in the quite woods. Beautiful surroundings, extremely clean inside, and the very welcoming hostess Martha. We got a lot of information around the area from Martha which is very helpful for our photo trip. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast and some interesting talks with Martha. We will definitely stay here again next time when we visit the park. Thank you very much Martha.

I had the very BEST stay at Mark's place! Everything about the stay was magical - the cottage was quaint and lovely, surrounded by redwoods. Mark's hospitality was of the very best I have seen...he was so kind, helpful and caring and lovely to talk with during the stay. He cares so much and wants to make sure his guests have the best experience. And wow the baked goods are incredible! This was the best mini retreat I could have imagined..I will definitely be back!

This is what AirBnb was meant to be. Our stay at Shelley’s felt like an adult version of staying at your grandma’s place for the weekend. Her hospitality, home cooked meals and beautiful doggos made this experience one of a kind. Shelley filled our weekend with horseback riding, cherry picking and puppy playtime. The property is well kept and spacious. The room is intimate and the bed is soo comfy. It’s empowering that Shelley is able to take care of this farm on her own. We’ll be recommending this place to all our friends. If you’re a dog lover in the Bay Area, definitely consider this AirBnb for an unforgettable weekend getaway!
