Enjoy the peace & quiet of this countryside retreat with access to unlimited activities in both Nevada & Placer counties.

The Perch

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch, our newly renovated room lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. Peach Orchard Cottage

Quaint cottage nestled in a fruit orchard, near the beautiful Trinity river. The cottage is set in a quiet pastoral setting that borders always green pastures. There is a seasonal garden lot by the House as well as an orchard where guests can pick fruit in season, surrounded by a view is of the breathtaking forested Trinity Mountains. Come enjoy the fresh air and clear stars! We are also cleaning the cabin using the CDC - Airbnb cleaning protocol to ensure the safety of our guests!

Sonoma Mountain Artist's Retreat

Enjoy the perched feeling of Sonoma Mountain's setting with sweeping views and nature. The slightly tamed wilderness with an olive orchard and gardens sets the tone as you chill on the redwood deck. This is a studio cottage with expansive views to the western valley and Marin. Mount Tam appears through the windows from your super comfy bed. This is a beautiful and unique space adjacent to a mellow artist's studio. NOTE: Well behaved and Pre-Approved dogs available for a nightly fee.

Apple Hill Farmstead Cottage: Waterfront & Hot Tub

Every detail was delightfully planned in this restored historical cottage. Built as part of the original Hassler Homestead circa late 1800's. The original miners shack was fully renovated by a designer/builder team to create this creek side escape. This 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom retreat is located in the heart of Apple Hill within walking distance to Barsotti's, Delfino Farms and Lava Cap Winery. Immerse yourself in the tranquil, creek side setting as you relax in the private hot tub.
