“Tom and Judy's cottage is the perfect Napa airbnb. It is conveniently located near downtown Napa (10 min from Oxbow) and has a delightful farmhouse charm. The entire property is immaculately maintained, well decorated, and quiet. There are chickens on site! The cottage is spacious and very clean- perfect for 2-3 people. “I felt that this resort was overpriced based on the economy right now and the demand . I was one of the first people to check in on Thursday 6/18. The resort was like a ghost town . I don’t agree with charging people almost $200 per night plus $19.00+ a night for a resort fee + another $100 deposit .. all of the amenities weren’t available as well . I specifically chose this resort because I thought breakfast and the gym were provided and/ or available . The advertised price changed once I selected specific dates . When I played with the pricing it seemed like the longer you stayed the more money they charged . I saw a room for approx $140 a night but when I chose the dates the price went up to $178... hopefully this is because of Father’s Day weekend ? My issue is mainly this - advertise the most accurate information , don’t try to trick customers into amenities that aren’t available and room prices that aren’t the actual price ... I had to switch rooms because the one I was assigned didn’t have hot water and the air conditioner unit was broken, the hallway mirror was also off track . For $178 per night I just expected more thought in regards to which cottage I was assigned ...especially because this was for my birthday . The cottages are very clean, the staff is very responsive, and respectful. All of the issues I had with the room were addressed in a timely manner . Overall I would recommend this resort . It’s just pricey .”
