We had already read a few things about the hospitality that Bobo and Nada provide, but it completely exceeded our imagination. We were already met at the beginning of the narrow road leading to their home to point us in the right direction. Sara, the dog, came to welcome us right away. What a sweetheart! With the help of Google translate, we were able to communicate well with Bobo. In the fridge we found fresh eggs and homemade cherry liqueur. So sweet😍. The cottage is very cozy. The beds upstairs are fine. The view is wide and beautiful. Nearby, there is plenty to do. We visited the Plitvice lakes, as we were only there for a short time. How beautiful is that with all those waterfalls and beautiful hiking trails. As for booking this cottage, I can be very short: do it right away!!!

A beautiful place close to Plitvice NP, in the countryside. A very peaceful and quiet location. Highly recommend especially if you want some time out of the hustle and bustle of more touristy areas.

Thomas and his parents were some of the best hosts we have encountered in our month in Croatia! We were greeted by Thomas’s father who welcomed us with a glass of plum brandy. There were drinks and snacks to help us settle right in after a long drive from Split. Enjoyed talking with Thomas and his family in the evening, where the shared their family’s history, homemade dessert and made lots of recommendations for us to enhance our stay. Loved the eggs from their hens!

We only stayed for one night, but we truly wish we had booked more time here. The location is excellent — very close to Plitvice Lakes National Park, which was perfect for our visit. One of the highlights was the beautiful little waterfall right behind the house — such a peaceful and charming spot! The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
