This was a gorgeous and cozy retreat. The space was very clean and comfortable and the hot plate worked well for cooking simple things. Well stocked little kitchen and I really appreciated the air conditioning since there was a heat wave during my stay. Most of all I loved the private feel of the space and the picture windows overlooking beautiful madrone trees. And it was just minutes from the East Applegate Ridge Trail, with dramatic and iconic views at every turn. I would love to stay again.

The Location was perfect , the home was cozy and Clean , and Tiffany was a great Host , highly Recommended .

The cottage and the property are idyllic and the owners (Nicole and Fernando) are wonderful. They are friendly, accessible, responsive and just about everything you'd want or expect from the host. All of the amenities were as shown and advertised. The only "negatives" were (1) the fact that this a country property means lots of flying and crawling insects, and (2) the property is in a remote country setting. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place to unwind, this spot is a gem. If you're interested in a convenient place to stay while enjoying social experiences (dining, theater, shopping, etc.), be prepared to drive a bit.

It’s a clean and very well equipped place well deserving the price. Host was accommodating to our requests too. Especially recommend to pilots coming here for ratroute flying event. It was super close to all the major landing zones.
