I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

A fantastic location. To undertake various activities. Many are within a short distance. Nice real French villages with authentic features. Friendly French people who also speak English and are willing to do so. The apartment is more than complete. Equipped with all comforts, there is a washing machine, a dishwasher and a set of towels/bath towels waiting for you. A private parking space on the premises within the gate and a private entrance to the apartment. The apartment is very private in relation to the residents. And the use of the swimming pool is fantastic. We were there in June 2025, it was 30 degrees and so we made a lot of use of the (heated) swimming pool. The garden is beautifully landscaped and the flowers smell wonderful. Beautiful view, which is completely free. The reception is warm, with plenty of explanations and a glass of rosé can be poured immediately. A cold bottle awaits you upon arrival. Friendly and helpful family. Certainly subject to repetition.

Very pleasant stay in an idyllic setting. The apartment is located above the road that connects Beuil to Valberg. Many hikes possible. Jérémy is a responsive host. Impeccable accommodation, very functional, bright. Note that for sensitive backs, the mattress is quite thin.

It was one of the most beautiful air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The views were incredible and it had such a cute kitchen. It was the perfect location to many restaurants and many beaches.

Words cannot express how wonderful Ibens villa is. If you’re not just looking for a place to lay your head, but for an authentic French experience, this is the place. Not only is Iben warm and friendly but the apartment is beautifully appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Iben has poured her heart & soul into her little haven and it shows. Special touches make the space feel like a home away from home. We loved our stay and were so very sad to leave. Book… you won’t regret it!!!

Julia responds quickly to questions with clear answers. She was very helpful when we locked ourselves out and quickly arranged a spare set of keys. The apartment has recently been renovated and is comfortably furnished, with a decent sofa bed. Beautiful sea view. We only found the road busier than expected. The parking space on a closed area behind the building was a real plus for our car with bicycles.

We were so pleased to stay at Martine’s apartment in the charming town of Villefranche-Sur-Mer! It was exceptionally comfortable and a perfect location within the town as well as on the Côte d’Azur. The apartment had everything we needed and having had spectacular weather, we were able to enjoy the wonderful view while sitting on the balcony! It was very easy to get around the town as well as explore nearby towns via train or bus. Thank you again to Martine and Doumé for their gracious hospitality and we look forward to returning in the near future.

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

We just absolutely loved Christopher & Fabien's place. You can tell they spent a great effort in making that place feel at home, with a kind-of vacation-vibe to it. It's in an ideal location of Antibe, with great proximity to everything you would want to see or do. The house was fantastic, cozy, and peaceful. And the clarity on amenities provided, and instructions were clear and precise. Lastly, they were very timely in and helpful in planning correspondence as well as providing recommendations. Highly Recommended!

We loved staying at this apartment in the old town section of Nice. We booked it for the balcony and the view, and it did not disappoint. Communication with the host was great, and self checkin directions were easy to follow. The location is perfect, close to so many restaurants and cafes -- we opted to get takeaway most night and eat on the balcony to enjoy the tremendous view. The apartment is up many flights of stairs, so would not recommend it for those with some mobility issues. And the roof lines make for a lot of low ceilings requiring a lot of care to remember to duck. The A/C was a big help, considering it is a top floor apartment. We would totally recommend staying here, especially if you want central location and amazing views.

The place is as described and pictured everything is modern and updated . It is large enough for a family of four and generally a relatively larger place for what you typically find in Europe.. The floor plan is great . Has everything you need. Location is perfect . Good views . The check in and check out times are also good. The host Francois was great and responsive. Overall a great place . No complaints throughout our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. One of the highlights was the spa bath — such a relaxing touch after long days of exploring. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel very easy and convenient. The location was generally good — a bit far from the train station on foot, but we took a short taxi ride and it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the lovely stay!

A paradise in the middle of the forest. We have never been to a more beautiful place. Fabrice and Karine are very warm and helpful and you feel very welcome. We always received help with any questions. The rooms are very clean and beautiful and the garden is an absolute dream. A small rescued turtle lives here, and from the pool you can watch the chickens, who have a very good life on a large meadow. Likewise, the two donkeys and goats, who have a wonderful time and can move freely on a large piece of forest on the Airbnb and their paddock. In the morning, one of the good-natured dogs greets Lego, who briefly receives a petting session. You can enjoy a lot of privacy and relaxation here. The adjacent village of Tourtour is one of the most beautiful places in France, which we can confirm. Small beautiful alleyways, lots of greenery, great restaurants and many small art galleries. It was a magical vacation, especially because of this Airbnb. Thank you so much, we'll be happy to come back

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Peaceful little corner. We had a great stay even though it was too short. All amenities are gathered. swimming pool and spa bath at the top. A little extra for the barbecue and the little touches left. We'll be there again.
