Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre idyllique. L'appartement se trouve au dessus de la route qui relie Beuil à Valberg. Nombreuses randonnées possibles. Jérémy est un hôte reactif. Logement impecable, très fonctionnel, lumineux. Notez que pour les dos sensibles, le matelas est assez fin.

Grandioser Ausblick von der Terasse, gut ausgestattete Küche und sehr saubere Unterkunft. Ein Bus nach Monaco fährt 2 mal pro Stunde, die Bushaltestelle ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Einfach toll! Würde immer wieder buchen.

All in all this is a good stay. The place is a cozy and very comfortable for a single or couple. But the stairs to the front door is a little steep. The place is very near main road but there is no traffic noise. Inside house the stairs to the bedroom is steep but it is very peace and quite at night. Overall I am happy I got to stay in this cozy home. The host is very responsive.

Alloggio stupendo, posizione tranquilla e sicura perché situata tra la questura ed il comando dei vigili. Meravigliosa l’accoglienza di Alberto che si è dimostrato disponibile e molto reattivo nei contatti. Cosa dire della cupola…. Sembra di essere in una sorta di museo/casa d’epoca ma con le comodità moderne. Ottimo il restauro effettuato e davvero meravigliosi i mobili in stile. L’unico lato negativo è stato dover purtroppo tornare a casa e quindi lasciare un posto così speciale.

Les photos sont superbes, mais sur les lieux sont encore mieux. C’est un excellent choix et nous avons apprécié la vue sur la ville de grasse jusqu’à la côte.

This is a really special place! It is nicely decorated, stocked with everything we needed, and had plenty of space for our family of three. Both bathrooms were updated and attractive. It has lots of places to stash clothes and many electrical outlets. The hosts provided notebooks full of helpful information. Our absolute favorite thing was the rooftop deck! We were up there every day and night. Great views and so pretty with all the cacti. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, beach, and Castle Hill. Be ready for lots of stairs! I counted 97 stairs from front door to the apartment. Inside are more steps to the bed or deck. You have to walk a few minutes for Uber pickup. Not a big deal, but know they won't be pulling up to your door. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Nice.

The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

Maxime was an excellent host. He met us at the front door and showed us around the apartment. He was very helpful and responsive. The apartment is just what you see in the pictures. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend at stay at this wonderful apartment with beautiful view of the Azur Mediterranean.

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

Een fantastische locatie. Om verschillende activiteiten te ondernemen. Heel vele zijn op korte afstand. Leuke echte Franse dorpjes met authentieke kenmerken. Vriendelijk Fransen die ook Engels spreken en bereid zijn dit te doen. Het appartement is meer dan compleet. Van alle gemakken voorzien, zo is er een wasmachine, een vaatwasser en ligt er een setje handdoeken/ badlaken op je te wachten. Een eigen parkeer plek op het terrein binnen de poort en een eigen opgang naar het appartement toe. Het appartement ligt heel privé ten opzichte van de bewoners. En het gebruik van het zwembad is fantastisch. Wij waren er juni 2025, het was 30 graden en dus heel veel gebruik gemaakt van het (verwarmde) zwembad. De tuin is mooi aangelegd en de bloemen geuren heerlijk. Mooi uitzicht, welke geheel vrij is. De ontvangt is hartelijk, veel uitleg en een glas rosé kan direct ingeschonken worden. Een koude fles wacht bij aankomst op je. Vriendelijk en behulpzame familie. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

This Airbnb was really special. The location is beautiful, small town in the middle of the Alps and right in centre ville. It’s clean, comfortable and has great WiFi. Lived my stay there and wish I could of stayed longer to do more hiking.

This is a high-end, luxury apartment located just a minutes-drive away from Monte Carlo. The moment you walk in and the automated blinds open to a beautiful panoramic view of Monte Carlo, you’ll instantly feel like you made the right choice. El lugar es muy lindo. Philip es muy amable y preparó todo para nuestra estancia fuera muy placentera. Recomiendo totalmente que se queden con el si van a Mónaco

consigliatissima la casa di Roberto, è stato come essere a casa nostra !! Ci siamo goduti la vista mozzafiato, piscina e il mare ! c'è una spiaggia pubblica con la sabbia a 5min a piedi,ottima per i bambini!! Roberto è stato di ottimo consiglio !! Anche la signora Marie dell' check in molto carina !! torneremo sicuramente!!!

Ein Paradies mitten im Wald. Noch nie waren wir an einem schöneren Ort. Fabrice und Karine sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Bei Fragen bekamen wir jederzeit Hilfe. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schön und der Garten ein absoluter Traum. Hier lebt eine kleine gerettete Schildkröte, vom Pool aus kann man die Hühner beobachten, die ein sehr gutes Leben auf einer großen Wiese haben. Ebenso die beiden Esel und Ziegen, die es wunderschön haben und sich auf einem großen Waldstück am Airbnb und ihrer Koppel frei bewegen können. Morgens begrüßt einen der gutmütige Hund Lego, der sich kurz eine Streicheleinheit abholt. Man genießt hier sehr viel Privatsphäre und Entspannung. Das angrenzende Dorf Tourtour gehört zu den schönsten Orten Frankreichs, was wir bestätigen können. Kleine schöne Gässchen, viel grün, tolle Restaurants und viele kleine Kunstgalerien. Das war ein zauberhafter Urlaub, vorallem wegen diesem Airbnb. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Petit coin paisible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour même s'il était trop court. Toutes les commodités sont réunis. piscine et baignoire balnéo au top. Un petit plus pour le barbecue et les petites attentions laissées. Nous reviendrons.
