We offer a quiet and extremely clean place. We are only 6 miles from Belleayre Mtn Ski Center. Restaurants are nearby. You’ll love our place because of the neighborhood, the outdoors space, the light, and the kitchen. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. WIFI is 300mbps. We have security cameras outside only, EV Charging station on the property. We now have an outdoor fire pit (wood not included). We also have a standby generator in case of a power failure.

This is the place for a wonderful, relaxing retreat. You’ll be pleasantly surprised when you open the door to your stay. It’s beautiful Adirondack decor is very welcoming and you will be very impressed with the sparkling cleanliness of this stay. Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with WIFI, ATT and Verizon cell service. We have a full house generator, mini split for air conditioning, deck area, a grill, and an area with a fire pit all with the river and mountain view’s. Boat parking!

Enjoy an old-fashioned vacation right across the street from the Hudson river. Watch the tides, boats, and barges pass by. Dining, kayaking within walking. Historic Hudson, Olana just 10 min. drive. This is a house to relax, use as a base for other activities. It is not intended as a place to party.. It is a quiet neighborhood. I expect my guests to respect that. There is a weekend special. Serendipity Lake House on Lake Heloise

House sits on 9.5 acres abutting a 28 acre semi-private lake surrounded by 325 acres of state protected land. Bdrm 1 has a queen bed. Bdrm 2 has 2 queen beds. Bdrm 3 has 1 king bed and 1 twin bed with a twin pull out trundle bed. Bedroom 4 has a full bed along with a twin bed and a twin bunk bed. Breakfast nook has a futon. Living rm has 3 large leather couches. House sleeps 18 people. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50/pet.
