A gem of a place to stay in downtown Troy. We walked everywhere. The spaces were clean, nicely decorated, and the furniture was comfy. We didn’t use the patio, but it looked like it would be a great space to hang out on a sunny day. The Host and co-host communicated well. We had a wonderful stay at Anthony’s place and would recommend it highly to others staying in Troy.

Spent two nights here. For starters, Johnathan was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. He also provided very detailed instructions on how to find the place and get inside. This made check in very easy. Upon arrival the place was very clean and looked just like it did in the pictures. There’s even a nice area outside to sit or have a meal, unfortunately the weather didn’t allow it this time. I will definitely book again in the future!

We travel to the area often and I think this is the best place we have stayed! The place was spotless, very nicely decorated, the beds were really comfortable, plenty of extra pillows. Bonnie and Dominic were very responsive and welcoming. I would love to stay here again!

Great space, very cute and clean! Location is a good spot for visiting nearby Saratoga Springs and seeing concerts. Hosts had great local recommendations all a short drive away.

Cris’s place is worth every penny. He is a very accommodating and easy going host. His loft is very cool with an old world industrial vibe. Super high ceilings and ample space to stretch out makes it feel really great to be there. Super comfortable bed , great water pressure and squeaky clean throughout . I highly recommend staying in this 10/10 abode !

Krystal's place was very cute and looked just like the photos. We were in town for a party and needed to prepare food dishes to bring and the kitchen had everything needed to make both meals. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner upstairs worked well and kept it cool. Very quiet and cute neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Albert and Cony's place is exactly what every Airbnb should aspire to be! My daughter and I felt right at home and appreciated everything about the apartment during our weeklong stay. The decor was beautiful, stylish, and peaceful and we were able to rest well on the comfortable couch and the cozy beds. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, dishes, glasses and utensils and I cooked almost all our meals during the week just as easily as if I were in my own home. Loved having the view of the big green backyard while doing the dishes - I saw birds, squirrels, rabbits and even a groundhog! Great location near a shopping center and restaurants, and also convenient to Union College and downtown Schenectady. Best of all were Albert and Cony themselves. They were so welcoming and kind and quick to respond any time I had a question. They truly care about giving their guests the best experience possible. 100% plan to stay here again!

I arrived late on a rainy night, but the studio was warm and inviting. I was in town for a bike race, but wished I could have planned to get there earlier and curl up with a good book. The space is cozy and well thought out with lots of interesting activities. The driveway is a bit winding and isn’t paved, so I don’t recommend bringing your sports car. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

As usual Rod's place was a welcome respite in a very busy schedule and a comfort to return "home" to. A walk to the nearby pond and park helped to keep me in nature and fresh for the day's journeys. His yards are an oasis of birdsong and trees! Very private. Added touches of covered and lighted pathways and grab bars and handles in all the right places. Once inside, peace embraces you. I love his place and only hesitate to say so because he will be so booked up! Yet, I trust there will always be a place and time for me. The last time I was here I had my brother from France stay with me - this time a friend drove down from Canton for an overnite and she has now decided she would use AirBnB too! Rod is very gentlemanly and thoughtful and gracious and I appreciate his hospitality and care. Susannah

This was right off the highway and easy to get around. The place is just ass described, and earl is easy to get ahold of. Slept well and enjoyed our time.

Comfortable garden-level apartment - kitchen was well-appointed, with full stove and fridge and everything we needed to cook some of our meals. The bed was super comfortable. Easy to communicate with the host and very close to the music festival we attended in Ballston Spa. Hope to return next year!

Great host, nice and comfortable place.

My family and I stayed here for three nights. The location is perfect with lots of walkable places to explore. The apt was very clean and the king bed was incredible for parents that cosleep with their babies/toddlers. We loved the pull out couch to relax on at night once we put the baby to sleep in the bedroom. Very great addition to the space. In unit laundry was also great to have on hand. Wonderful place to stay for a young family!

A1 host, i had a issue with the keypad after travel and work i was a little annoyed and we figured out the solution. He was even willing to personally come and help me out I'd stay at this space again without a doubt

A great place for a skiing getaway at Jiminy Peek Resort! Ski - in, ski -out, a lovely appointed condo, with access to a hot tub. Frank was most helpful and friendly. I highly recommend his place.

Had a very nice weekend at Joseph's place! Any issues we had were handled very quickly.

The woodland suite was perfect for our weekend stay! Howard was responsive and accommodating when my plans had changed and was able to update my reservation as needed. The suite looked exactly like the pictures, and there were ample instructions on navigating the area (both for check-in and getting around the resort). The appliances were a mix of vintage for charm and modern for functionality and convenience. There was never a lack of amenities/toiletries either. The only downside, at no fault of the host, is if you happen to have noisy neighbors you'll unfortunately hear everything they do. The building itself seemed to have very thin walls, and paired with ski boots walking around it could get loud. The location though is still great for a ski-in/ski-out proximity

We had a great stay at the end of ski season; the place was quiet and relaxing. We will definitely return!

Theresa was an amazing host, she clearly communicated with us along the way, and made sure we had our privacy & provided the upmost comfort. Her space was well kept and full of considerate touches to facilitate a relaxing stay, the subtleties go a long way. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow, shared a few stories of skiing adventures & loved the friendly visits from Ben. The views were picturesque to boot, we definitely plan to come stay in other seasons.

Ronnie’s place was just what we were looking for. A comfortable place for 5 of us to rest and chat while doing other activities in the area. We got to enjoy the hot tub, covered away from the rain, and played board games indoors. We were also able to prepare a steak dinner on the grill and using the fully furnished kitchen. The neighborhood was a little drab, but his space was a pleasant oasis from it. Still fine to walk around during the day. The neighbors above could be heard walking inside, but this was expected and they didn’t bother us on our vacation. Though they did park a little close for us to comfortably fit in our 3 cars into the 4 slots allowed. But street parking was also fine directly in front of the house. Overall, we enjoyed our time spent at his place, and he kept it neat and accommodating. A great value when you want a hot tub, 1.5 baths, a grill, comfortable queen beds, and pull out. I wish the weather was better for us to enjoy more of his furnished patio space.
