Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Roswell

This is a nice, spacious property in an upscale area with excellent local amenities nearby. Instructions were clear. We had to contact Sergio in connection with a minor repair and being locked out and in both instances he was excellent. Highly recommended.

5 star home with a 5 star host! Beautiful, comfortable, clean home tucked in the woods in Roswell. We had a wonderful and peaceful stay while visiting with family and friends in the area. Don is a great host who is gracious and attentive to his guests needs. We felt right at home.

Jason’s cottage is a perfect spot if visiting downtown Roswell. It has everything you need. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay! House was clean and comfortable and the bonus game room kept my son (and husband) busy for hours! We enjoyed walking to Canton St for meals out and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

5 of us were visiting Atlanta for a friends wedding and chose Teresa’s place as it was close to the venue and affordable. The place is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The place was clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Instructions were very clearly provided and the hosts are extremely responsive!

Great comfortable stay.

My husband and I stayed here for a family trip visiting relatives in Canton, GA. The apartment was beautiful, quiet and meticulously clean. The grounds were well kept and the animals were an added bonus for enjoyment. Darlene was extremely responsive and helpful with local recommendations found in the guest book, which i forgot to write in before leaving. I would absolutely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at Terrence’s place! The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

Daniel was very friendly and responsive. We needed an extra towel and they brought it over in 15 minutes. One night I was a little cold and found a great space heater in the closet. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable stay.

I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. I was there four nights and whatever I needed was there—from body wash to coffee. Lovely, big coffee cups! Perfectly quiet at night in the neighborhood. So convenient to my relative’s place! Leslie is delightful to chat with. I would definitely want to stay here again!

I like that I was able to park my car in a secure location and that the listing looked exactly like the pictures. Everything about this listing was great.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Yaneth offers timely communication and clear instructions which made the check-in process seamless. Having the kitchenette was extremely helpful during our stay and I appreciated the amenities Yaneth provided (coffee, tea, etc). The private entrance was appreciated too!

I had a wonderful stay with Thomas in this wonderful Airbnb. Thomas was an incredibly friendly host and made efforts to make sure I was having a pleasant stay, truly felt the southern hospitality. The Airbnb itself is a comfy condo and feels like home. Overall, I had a great stay and would stay here again.

Diego's place was perfect for my son and me staying a few days and catching some Braves baseball games while there. Walking to the stadium is very doable and is about a 20-30 min stroll from the house. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area and easy to drive to and from. The space itself was exactly as described with a very comfortable living area and bedroom. Bathroom was extremely clean and well supplied with shampoo/soap/bath towels/tissue. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near Atlanta.

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

I really enjoyed my time here! First I was visiting a conference, which was perfect as the conference center was super close by. After that I enjoyed a few days off in Atlanta. In this case it was great that the place is close to public transport, some interesting locations (World of Coca Cola, Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame etc.) and lots of places to get something to eat. The studio was clean and as described. Anjel was very reponsive and helped me out quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!
