The perfect place to stay in North Atlanta. A completely detached, private apartment with everything you need to feel like you’re right at home. Spread out on a comfy L-shaped sectional sofa in the living room. There’s a neat and tidy aspect to the interior, with its little wall mottos of goodwill, subtle lighting and rustic full kitchen. Find yourself just minutes from North Point Mall with its dine-in movie theater and less than a mile from the Big Creek Greenway. The Ameris Amphitheater is just 7 minutes away. Downtown Alpharetta and the Avalon are each 10 minutes away. It's under 2 miles to North Point Mall and beyond. Property is not located near public transportation. Once you locate our driveway, proceed down the driveway hill and park in front of the garage next to the stairs. The garage door is an ultra quiet model and we only ever access it from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

We are cleaning fanatics, and our guests love our squeaky-clean place! We travelled the world and have brought home all the “lessons learned” from having the ultimate “home away from home” experience during our stays. Two super comfortable queen-sized beds, upscale linens & towels, a fully stocked kitchen and designer décor. We are always refreshing our place so it’s 5 stars for every guest. The carriage house is completely private & just a 7 min. walk to shenanigans in downtown Roswell.

King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

Kevin’s space was perfect for a weekend couples getaway! We were close to other homes but it still felt private. The space was cozy and inviting, we were able to cook meals and enjoy a couple movie nights there. The space is also close to Milton and crabapple restaurants and coffee shops/breweries so there were things to do outside very close by. Kevin was also very responsive and helpful with directions and instructions. 10/10 would stay here again, it was a great time.

My friend and I stayed at Tommy’s listing for a concert, and we really enjoyed the place. As soon as we walked in, it smelled nice and it was free of clutter. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and calm. Tommy was flexible with check in, and requesting dates. He made sure we were doing alright, and if we needed anything to just let him know. If I ever go back for another concert, I will definitely check this place out again.

We highly recommend a stay at this venue. The host is fantastic. One of the greatest. This venue was roomy, elegantly designed with a high end kitchen, huge tvs, and the most lux and enjoyable bathrooms of any venue we have ever enjoyed. No disappoints, only praise! A must stay place!

For my first BNB booked, I will say me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful, the neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful, and the directions were very clear and easy to understand. We definitely recommend staying and we do plan on booking again in the future
