I had the pleasure of staying at Oscar's Airbnb for 10 weeks while I was down in Duluth doing my senior internship. Oscar made my experience and transition fluid and very easy. The place is gorgeous and the accessibility is great. Place was spotless and clean the day I showed up and the move in process was very easy and Oscar was incredibly responsive. Being able to park in the garage was a huge perk and very convenient! Kitchen had everything I would need for my time there and the bathroom was fully upgraded and in perfect condition. Oscar answered quickly every time I ever needed something from him and was a fantastic host!

DeJa was great…quick and patient. Apartment was extra clean, cozy and safe. Convenient, right off Rt 285. Would stay again.

Richard’s place was AMAZING. It matched the photos precisely. He was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to messages. This was first time staying here, but it definitely will not be our last. The home was clean and had everything we needed and more.

Me and my fiancé stayed here for three months, and we absolutely loved it. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. It is a basement apartment on the ground level of their house, and we never had any noise problems with them living above us. The neighborhood itself was so beautiful, and I always felt safe. I would highly recommend anyone to stay with Monique. She is very kind and always responded in a timely manner if I messaged her about something.

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

I highly recommend. Easy to find and enter. Clean apartment. Snacks and water and beverages were a nice treat.

This is honestly one of the best places to stay in the area! The hosts are so kind and polite; they treated me like family. They are genuinely some of the kindest people. The apartment is clean, quiet, and has everything you could possibly need. I actually specifically booked this listing again because I stayed here a few years ago and was so impressed with my experience. I would without a doubt recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Sandy Springs area!

Katie was a great host. Her place was so fresh. It was the cleanest AirBNB I have stayed in. The backyard is huge, and no house behind. Katie gave us some extra kitchen supplies we needed and had all the basics. So nice to have a tv both in the living space and bedroom. The neighbourhood is quiet and there are lots of places to eat. Excellent Stay Near Perimeter Circle – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic stay at Jerod’s Airbnb near Perimeter Circle! The space was exactly as described clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It was in a great location, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and everything I needed during my trip. Jerod was a fantastic host he was very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. He made the check-in process seamless and ensured I felt right at home. I especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay even more comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again, Jerod, for a great experience!

We really enjoyed our time. The space offers perfect views incredible actually, was clean and nicely directed. Mario was quick with getting in touch and was very detailed in the instructions and offered assistance if something wasn't understood. I will definitely use the location again.

Eli, was very accommodating! He was quick to respond to anything we needed, to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Eli, also added items, without us even asking, like new cushions, for the deck. Although cozy, his place was very modern, clean & served our needs. Very quiet neighborhood & peaceful deck, with a nice view.

An urban dream! Ariell’s beautiful, pristine apartment is exactly as pictured and yet feels welcoming . The apartment was a spacious and relaxing oasis to return to at the end of my busy work days while in Buckhead. On-site, included parking is a big plus and the building is not only sparkling clean, it’s safe and secure with incredible amenities. Grocery stores, restaurants, outstanding retail, and bars are all within a short drive or Uber ride as well. The apartment building is on a well-travelled road. So expect some road noise when staying here. Ariell was quick to respond when I messaged with questions. There are fragrance plug ins in the apartment. If you’re sensitive to fragrances like I am, you may want to ask about them ahead of your stay. Ariell was understanding and accommodating in that I was able to unplug them and place them in a cabinet until I checked out. I would stay again and much preferred Ariell’s apartment to a hotel.

We enjoyed our week at Jess’s place. Very spacious. Super clean. Nice touches that I really appreciated. She was very quick with responses and super helpful. Bed was comfortable!!! Love our stay!

Booked this room for my parents, they were extremely happy with the room and location. Will definitely be booking again.

Veronica’s apartment was extremely clean, and located in a safe and quiet location. It’s an easy commute to downtown Decatur. We’d stay again.

Lorna and Willie were super nice people and Willie’s vegetable garden is worthy of a postcard, it took me back to a time when I use to help my grandparents in their garden. We will definitely stay there next year when we come back down. A special thanks to them for doing our laundry. The washing machine in the unit would not work and I told them about it on our way to the formula drift race and when we got back that night they took our clothes out of the washing machine and did them in their washing machine and folded them and put them back in our unit. Suck a blessing to have suck kind people in today’s world. I couldn’t thank them enough. Willie and Lorna you are the BEST!!!! God Bless and hope to see you next year. :)

Patricia and the place are exceptional. It makes you feel home away from home. My son and I stayed at her place a couple of times, and it has become our favorite place to travel to. This is the best airbnb in Atlanta. Highly recommended
