House holiday rentals in Rosemary Beach

Wonderful home with every amenity we could need. Our three-year-old loving taking golf cart rides, and it was easy getting to the beach and to 30A. Home was very spacious as we never felt crammed or on top of each other. Will definitely come back and highly recommend Ali and team!

We had a great girls getaway! The house was exactly as described and in the perfect location. Would definitely stay here again. Jackie and Rob were very responsive to questions and were very accommodating! Loved our stay!

Vitamin Sea exceeded our expectations! From initial contact from the host, the helpful website with instructions and guide to the area, the inviting patio and outdoor spaces and impeccably furnished home - everything was chef’s kiss! Well stocked kitchen made preparing meals and entertaining super easy and the beds were exceptionally comfortable and rooms well appointed. The location and proximity to the village and the beach are fantastic! We look forward to coming again and again!

This place was fantastic. I debated whether to stay in Rosemary proper or other surrounding areas given the reports of overcrowding but ultimately settled on Seacrest because of its close proximity to both Alys and Rosemary. That proved to be a great decision as we really enjoyed walking to Fonville Press in the AM, and then several nearby dinner options (Georges, The Citizen and Pescado) in the evening. The unit is also a very short walk to the beach and a lot of the social media posts about overcrowding were overstated in my opinion. Yes, the area is a little more crowded than most other beaches in Florida, but we walked the beach everyday and it’s not much better at Rosemary proper. We rented chairs in the second row and it was fine (I would actually prefer second row than first row to avoid dealing with people who seek to set up their chairs right on the waterline). One small tip to the villa owner at my girlfriend’s request: add a full length mirror somewhere in the unit!

Everyone loved this house. The rooms are nice, the family tv area is cozy, kitchen is great. I was in the upstairs master and the bed was super comfy and the shower was great. We loved the pool and spend a lot of time in it! The umbrella does tend to fall down pretty easily with wind but it was fine. The golf cart was the perfect size for us and we definitely used that most of the time. It was super convenient. We usually stay on the other end so we really enjoyed trying all the new restaurants in this area! Great location! Either walkable or easy with the golf cart. Definitely try Surfing Deer and VKI Japanese! So good! We loved this house and Beth had wonderful communication with the few things I reached out about. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and there was everything we needed and more for our mother/daughter girls adult trip! Home was very clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything needed, including a Kuerig which was not in photos but was a big plus. Also had a few more beach chairs than pictured which was also a nice bonus. Kitchen was very spacious and fully equipped! Local restaurants were also great and loved the privacy of area and beach access! Would definitely return! Only down side was that majority of bedrooms are on 3rd floor and kitchen/living area is on second floor… being able to use the elevator would have been a plus.. especially on check in/out day but all in all great stay and lovely property and if you’re in good health then not a problem but if have knee problems then this might not be a good fit.

Laura’s place was an absolute DREAM. She thought of literally everything you could need for a good vacation. The house is located in the cutest neighborhood, and there are so many restaurants/amenities around. The house was very clean, and Laura was very responsive to our needs. Would 100% stay again!

We stayed with a group of 6 at this condo and we had an amazing time! The home was clean and looked just like the photos in the listing. We loved the amenities like the pool table, cornhole, and mini golf. They made the stay so much more enjoyable and entertaining for the group. It’s just a couple minutes away from the beach as well as the shops & restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Highly recommend staying here!

The most peaceful property! Tucked away yet close enough to enjoy nearby restaurants and shopping. The property was very neat and clean, and beautifully decorated. The screened in porch was perfect for outdoor dining. We enjoyed being right on the lake and even caught a few fish. Would definitely recommend this property and would love to visit again. The host was very quick to respond and very helpful.

Definitely a great place to stay! Enjoy every second of it. Shannon and Amy provided us with a great service and attention. We will be back for our next trip to Destin.

They were able to get in me in a clean place on short notice and that was greatly appreciated. The house was perfect and in a great location. Five stars!

We had the best time here, felt like we were home. House was nice and tidy! Beds were all so comfortable! The drive to inlet beach was less than 5 minutes. Everything was nearby, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants! The house has everything, such as a wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, and even beach toys. My kids were so excited to be in the garage the entire time (game room.) LOVED that we were able to bbq in the back patio! Definitely coming back soon!

Traci’s home was an amazing place to stay! It is conveniently located: both rosemary beach and alys beach are ten minute walks in either direction and the pool/beach are steps away within the community. It was perfectly clean and spacious, each bedroom has its own shower and bathroom making it the perfect stay for multiple adult guests. Traci proactively reached out before our stay to offer suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location to enjoy Rosemary Beach. 10min walk to Winston Beach, the downtown area with yummy restaurants, bars and ice cream shop. Gretchen was extremely helpful, responsive and flexible with check in and check out. We will definitely be coming back!

We absolutely loved Chelsea’s place. It was perfect for our beach getaway especially with kids wanting to constantly walk back and forth from the beach to home base. The bikes were an awesome addition too. Chelsea was very responsive to any question we had. We will definitely be back!

The house was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and pretty. Stacy was pleasant and quick to respond. Honestly there were no issues. We especially enjoyed the next door pool access as our 3 year old granddaughter preferred it over the ocean. I especially liked the quiet! Hopefully someday soon we will return to this amazing home.

5 stars – Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful rental! The location was ideal—just a short low speed vehicle drive to the beach, so we could easily go back and forth all day. The property itself was stunning. The pool was a great bonus to swim in day or night. But our favorite feature was the gorgeous screened-in back porch. It was the perfect spot to relax by the gas fireplace, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the peaceful surroundings without bugs. Inside, the home was incredibly comfortable and high-end. From the cozy furniture to the modern appliances, everything felt luxurious yet inviting. The host was friendly and responsive which made the experience even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Highly recommend!

Oversee is a responsive host. This home is beautiful and the neighborhood is private and beautiful. I would stay here again!

If you’re considering this place, just go ahead and book it already. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was incredible. The hosts are extremely friendly and responsive, the location is great, extremely private but still in the middle of the action. Everything is exactly as it looks in the photos, and it’s complete with all the amenities you need to have an incredible stay. Even the boardwalk to the beach is actually 260 steps away from the front lawn like the sign say. Yes, I counted. We will definitely be back. Thank you Dana and Mario for making our trip extraordinary.

Sailfish Lookout had a great location—we walked everywhere (Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, the pool, the beach, etc.). The decor was lovely, and we had plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed late evenings on our rooftop deck and could even see the Memorial Day drone show. They provided beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels, which we appreciated. We would definitely return.
