Beach house holiday rentals in Rosemary Beach

The property was perfect for our family's getaway . The house is a spacious 4 bedroom and allowed plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The living and dining area were large and allowed for comfortable times together without being crowded. We had 3 children 9-13 and several sets of older grandparents. The one story was fabulous in being able to accommodate any and all mobilities of our family. The outdoor pool area was fabulous! Our children spent hours in the pool and the large covered area allowed for comfortable places to sit and watch the kids play. One of the best features is the location to the beach. You just have to walk out the front door, and cross the street and you are at a public beach entrance. You can be in the water within 3 minutes. The outdoor shower was perfect to get rid of sand. We loved that it was also on the quieter west end of PCB so not alot of noise and traffic. Overall it was our favorite beach vacation house. Already looking to book again.

Very nice property with excellent location. Walk to beach and back to your place with no problem. Also close to town. Parking is very tight and two cars is almost impossible as it makes the driveway inaccessible. There’s additional parking down the street. We had problems with the bicycles, ended up dealing with the bicycle rental company directly. We left a purse behind and management of this property found it and shipped it to us! Very honest and respectful. We would gladly stay again!

The house is beautiful. A great place for 5-8 couples. You’ll need to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels as well laundry and dishwasher pods but knowing that you’re ahead of the game. There is no house surround sound like the photos show so bring speakers. Make sure the pool and spa heater work right when you get there. The golf cart is awesome and gets you to the beach. The beds were comfy! We loved it and would rent again for sure!

Absolutely love our stay! Things to note: The house is CLEAN which is a huge deal to us. We love the private beach access as well. Always a must have for us. We never had many people on top of us on the beach but just enough people for the kids to meet friends and play! The manager with Sea & Stay is the best communicator of all of the places we have stayed on 30A. Checking on us regularly and making sure everything is perfect for our trip. We will be back to this house again soon!

Traci was an amazing host. She was very responsive throughout. The place is modern and pristine. The master feels very roomy with high ceilings, and is separated from the upstairs rooms (offering privacy). We loved the location right off the beach and close to town centers for Seacrest and Rosemary. We also used bikes to venture out, which gave us even more restaurant options. We had a great time and wished we had stayed longer. We will return! Thanks, Traci!

The stunning balcony view and being steps to the beach made this recently remodeled condo ideal for us (two parents with teens). We were blown away by the spaciousness inside and the modern, comfortable decor. Great beds and showers, nice appliances, everything provided that we could possibly need (fans, beach chairs/towels/umbrella/toys/cooler), and just an overall warmth and hospitality. You could also rent beach chairs and umbrellas or do parasailing and more right on the beach. There are carts available to bring up groceries and luggage on the surprisingly fast elevators. The bar across the street and being in a large high rise condo setting made for some noise at times, but we used white noise apps at night and had no issues. It's an older condo, but clean with easy parking and access to everything. On top of everything else, Kelli was incredibly responsive and friendly! We loved her restaurant recs. NOTHING beats the view, convenience, or loveliness of this gorgeous Airbnb.

We had an incredible stay at Something Blue! From the beautiful decor to the beautiful views, it was the perfect place for our family of 6! Our girls shared the bunk room which had plenty of space! I loved sitting on the balcony upstairs each morning to enjoy a cup of coffee before hitting the beach- the views were so beautiful! The location was literally a 30 second walk to the beach! It was so convenient and so easy to get to! We are looking forward to booking it again next summer!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the beach restaurants and shops. We had a great girls trip! Perfect walking location to either Alys or Rosemary for dinner. Excellent space and accommodations! We will be going back again!

One of the most amazing places we’ve stayed at on the coast! Ivonne was an extremely great host & the stay itself is top tier. The private pool makes the place even better along with a short ride to the beach on the golf cart. Everything went perfect! A must stay at!

This is the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at! The location was a 10/10, the house was beautiful and spacious, and the host thought of everything. There was a well stocked kitchen, plenty of extra blankets, hangers in the closet, beach towels, and more. We felt right at home during our stay, and would definitely book with Laura again. The house was so clean when we arrived, which was much appreciated. The neighborhood is amazing, quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. We enjoyed walking to get coffee in the morning at the coffee shop in the front of the neighborhood, or visiting Blue Mountain Creamery after dinner. Truly a gem!

The house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 small children. The community where it’s located is very lovely, you can walk or bike everywhere. The tram station, which takes you to the beach, is on the corner. You could also walk to the beach, which takes about 15 minutes. The pool is very nice, large, and suitable for all ages. It's very close to the house, just a 5-minute walk. The location of the community is unbeatable, right between Rosemary and Alys. The closest public beach is Inlet Beach. The bikes shown in the photos are not for use with this house, but we rented some in the main square. They provide 3 beach chairs and a cooler but nothing else for the beach (in a beach destination). We had to buy beach towels, an umbrella, etc. The kitchen utensils were sufficient for the stay. Confortable queen bed and a pack and play and a high chair are available. Communication was fast and effective. We would return and would recommend it to another small family or couple.

This home was perfect! It was perfect distance from everything but still tucked away in a private neighborhood. The host was super helpful and responsive and the house was super cute and cozy.

Beautiful pool. It’s the perfect size. Mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials and then some to make our favorite meals. Golf cart was a nice touch.

We were blown away by how nice the house was! We were okay with not getting a place right on the water. This was a perfect combination of value and only a ~7 min walk to the ocean. Definitely will check availability here when we plan our next beach trip.

It was a wonderful house and great private location. It was so close to the pool. The golf cart was perfect to drive up to get super close to walk across the street down to the beach. It was also fun to take to the chill. The house had all the things we needed and it was so nice that they had saved beach toys, chairs and umbrellas to share for use.

Looked exactly like the pics. Well decorated and very clean. Appreciated the list of recommendations for bike rentals, restaurants, etc. An easy bike ride up to Rosemary Beach! Nic was friendly and responsive. 10/10 recommend!

We had the best time here, felt like we were home. House was nice and tidy! Beds were all so comfortable! The drive to inlet beach was less than 5 minutes. Everything was nearby, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants! The house has everything, such as a wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, and even beach toys. My kids were so excited to be in the garage the entire time (game room.) LOVED that we were able to bbq in the back patio! Definitely coming back soon!

If you’re considering this place, just go ahead and book it already. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was incredible. The hosts are extremely friendly and responsive, the location is great, extremely private but still in the middle of the action. Everything is exactly as it looks in the photos, and it’s complete with all the amenities you need to have an incredible stay. Even the boardwalk to the beach is actually 260 steps away from the front lawn like the sign say. Yes, I counted. We will definitely be back. We had a wonderful stay at Dara’s home. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and in a peaceful location—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Dara was an exceptional host: kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our visit.
