Cottage holiday rentals in Rosemary Beach

Returning to our favorite Airbnb beach cottage was just as magical as our first visit. The cozy interior, the yard feel, and easy access to the beach make it a perfect getaway. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail is just right. We love the serene atmosphere and can't wait to come back again. Highly recommended!

Daddio’s Cottage was a great place for our family to vacation. The location was amazing, and the porch was perfect! The proximity to the pool and beach was incredible, and it was so peaceful in the community. We were so appreciative of the amenities, including beach chairs on site and a very well stocked kitchen. There were a few minor cleanliness issues that we discussed with the concierge, including stained sheets and someone else’s mouth retainers on the living room floor, as well as large amounts of dust and sand throughout, but overall this was not a deterrent and we’d recommend this cottage in the future. Sydnee was incredibly responsive and helpful during our planning, and we are also so appreciative of that. We have great memories from our week on 30a!

Courtney's place was just perfect for my daughter's Senior Trip! The house was so cute and plenty big for all of us to spread out and relax. The bikes were perfect for the girls to go to and from the beach. It was also very walkable to the beach if you prefer to walk instead. Courtney was very responsive and so helpful, we would stay here again in a heart!

This has been my favorite place to stay so far. It was so clean and very beautiful. The walk to the beach is short and easy. We had an amazing time. The path to the pool and back patio is a vibe!

Elizabeth’s home felt comfortable and she made it simple to find items around the home. We had a great time using the hot tub and the golf cart. I would definitely stay at their home again! Appreciate it!

The cottage was perfect. It was spotless clean when we arrived. Jason was super fast in responding. The location couldn’t have been better. The private access white powder beach was beautiful. The bicycles were a nice touch as we rode them to Aly’s Beach. We didn’t leave without enjoying the pool also. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The house was absolutely beautiful steps away from the Emerald Coast extremely clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Loved the place! It was peaceful and quiet literally across the street from the beautiful Bay. Was very homey, able to cook, wash clothes, had smart tv, and internet and all the appliances you would have at home. Marianne is very responsive and was always available. Even saw the neighbors gorgeous peacock 🦚 Cool little spot!

Carol was a phenomenal host- super kind and responsive - she took care of an issue with a charge from AirBnB super fast! The house was amazing- even cool (great ac! Many places we stay are never cool!)). Everything was super clean and looked great which I’m sure can be challenging when pet friendly! Obviously it’s not super close to the beach so be prepared to rent a golf cart or extra bikes if needed. Bc parking is so difficult at the beach, one person would drop everyone off and then go back to the house and ride one of the bikes back to the beach. It was so nice to have two bikes included as well!

Lauren’s place was good. Their cleaners did not show up between the people checking out the morning we checked in. Lauren offered some solutions and it was taken care of. She reimbursed our cleaning fee and was finding a new cleaner to use. We had an issue with the clothes dryer not drying well and she sent a guy out the next day to fix it. Overall place was as described cute place nice walking distance to a nice part of the beach. I would say it’s in the more quiet part of PCB which having kids with us is a plus. I would stay there again. Just a few minute drive to pier park and close to gas stations and dollar general. Overall good location and nice place. Also the back yard area is great for people with small dogs very private and super cute with the Astro turf and seating.

This house is very well kept, clean and had all the extras and amenities needed. From an air fryer, blender, and everything you need for the kitchen. To bikes, and all the beach gear you would need as well. The location of this house is great and is walking distance to most everything you would need. Then with the bikes, you can get everywhere else you might need. Plus they were amazing to have to ride to the beach each day! Being able to bike to numerous Inlet Beach public entries was really helpful. This helped us avoid the private beach drama at other locations completely. Having the screened in porch and being right by the neighborhood pool were an added nice plus. Our family had a great vacation here and we would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was so cute but also spacious. It was clean and felt very homey. There were modern amenities but had an older cozy cottage vibe. Great location if you have transportation. We loved that it was stocked with necessities that you may need but have forgotten, such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner, bandaids, nail polish remover, Sun screen, laundry detergent, tea and coffee, etc. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely book it again!

My husband and I enjoyed our month long stay at Maravilla (March 2025). We had a condo (building 1) last year and chose the cottage this year….more privacy, less noise. We had several guests throughout the month and there was plenty of room/space for all. Beautiful kitchen for cooking our meals. Large table to accommodate our guests. Enjoyed time on the back patio as well. Easy walk to pool, pickleball courts and beach. Beach umbrellas and chairs, which are included, are great. Bernadette was quick to respond if we had any concerns or questions throughout our stay. Thank you Bernadette for renting your cottage to us. We’ll be back because we love this area of Florida.

Really enjoyed my stay. It was a lot farther than I had liked but I enjoyed Panama City. The people were friendly. The beach was exceptional. I’ll definitely will be back

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Panama City Beach. The location is perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful, laid-back coastal vibe, while still being just a few minutes away from the livelier parts of town. The cottage itself is cozy and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could need. It was a fantastic spot for my dog as well, thanks to the fully fenced yard and shaded outdoor space. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I even had a friend visit, and the pull-out bed in the living room was super comfortable for her. Overall, I can’t wait to come back and enjoy this little slice of paradise again!

Loved staying at Think Pink #1, would definitely stay again. Close to the beach, Thomas‘s donuts and pizza, and the carousel grocery store, great location! Our duplex was perfect for an adult couple.

We are really happy we found Chrys and Jimmy, their neighborhood, the guesthouse, and Niceville. We couldn't have asked for a nicer, more comfortable place. They wanted us to have a great experience and we sure did. Thank you!

We loved our stay here! The community is awesome, and the location couldn’t be better. The rooms were clean and well-organized, and it’s clear a lot of thought went into the setup—nothing was overlooked. The beds were super comfortable, beach towels were provided, and everything felt easy and welcoming. We have three young kids, and they were so comfortable and happy here. We’ll definitely be back!

If you are traveling with dogs, Brittany’s place is well worth it! The fenced in backyard is very nice and perfect to sit and relax while you let your dog out. The individual units in the rooms makes it nice to set the temperature at different levels if you have people in your group who are hotter/colder than the others. Brittany is also very responsive and attentive to whatever needs / questions / concerns you may have. A few suggestions would be: - extra blankets (there was none) - an extra chair in the Living Room (there is only enough room for 3 people on the couch) - a small lamp for the Living Room (there is the overhead light & that’s it) - a small curtain for the back door window Overall would absolutely stay here again!!!

We absolutely Loved our stay at Kelley’s place. The house has everything you need to feel right at home. It’s a beautiful house and the outdoor space is so nice. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed our family week at the beach so much. The golf cart was a plus too for a quick ride to the beach each day. We appreciated Kelley’s hospitality and can’t wait to stay here again. 10 out of 10! Thanks so much Kelley!

Wow, we absolutely loved staying here near Santa Rosa Beach! We stayed 6 nights and felt right at home. It's a beautiful beach house just a short walk to the ocean. The home was incredibly clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The location is peaceful and private, with the pool conveniently right across the street. Heather was a fantastic host-very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely book again when we're back in the area!

We’ve stayed in Happy Hour multiple times and plan to come back many more. We are a family of 3 and the size is perfect for us. The location, right across from walkover 3, absolutely can’t be beat. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the provided beach chairs. It’s also an easy to get to the pool, basketball courts, etc. The hosts are very responsive and easy to work with. I can’t wait to return. 🏖️

This was our second amazing stay at Shelley's place. We really love her place and have only stayed in her home when visiting Bay county. Hurricane Debbie landed right after we landed. While we were lucky enough to barely miss it, Shelley immediately contacted us to check in and let us know to contact her anytime with any issues while we were staying. Shelley is a true gem as an Airbnb hostess. I can definitely attest with the myriad of places we've stayed in the past. Shelley's home is absolutely beautiful and recently remodeled. It's extremely comfortable, well kept, and well stocked with any kitchen amenities needed. I cook all meals when we're away from home so I greatly appreciate her stocked kitchen. We truly love her neighborhood. We walked the neighborhood nightly and found the neighbors extremely friendly. Her area has the best beach access in all of Panama City (87), rated as the best beach location. Easy short walk from her place. All beach amenities provided!

We loved this place! It was so nice and cute! The fenced in yard was perfect for my little ones. Location was perfect for us. My husband was leading a camp at Laguna Beach, so we were able to walk and be involved in camp activities, then come back to this cottage for naps and quiet time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone tagging along to a camp session but wanting your own quiet space.
