Family-friendly holiday rentals in Rosemary Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aqua 201! Kim’s instructions from the beginning were easy & informative. The second floor unit overlooking the pool and ocean was perfect. Each bedroom with its own bathroom made the unit feel even more spacious. Balconies from the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms were a pleasant surprise as we enjoyed watching the night-life and cruising. Restaurants were within walking distance; Pier Park was a fun place we visited a few times; Pineapple Willy’s was about a 20 minute drive; Target & Walmart were 5 minutes away. We went to The Wicked Wheel twice for dinner- definitely recommend! Parking is $50 for the week, & we always felt safe. Beach chairs/umbrella are available for $40/day in front of the condo, but we brought our own chairs & tent, even though Kim does have chairs/umbrellas/toys available. The washer/dryer was perfect every day we came up from the beach! This condo was definitely our home away from home…with the best views! We will be back for sure!

We had a great experience! Very clean, beautifully decorated and the ocean view was GORGEOUS! Nina responded very quickly to any questions we had upon arrival and throughout our stay. Everything was very well organized and taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!! ❤️

Had a great time here! Views of the beach and ocean were way better than even pictured. Showers were awesome. Furniture was comfortable. Trevor was very responsive to our questions. Plenty to do, lots of shopping and places to eat, instant beach access. Only drawback, there are lots of weird noises at night. That's just the price you pay for a multi-unit complex stay, but just an FYI. Definitely would book again.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beyond clean, beautifully remodeled, and in the perfect location of being a corner unit with amazing views of the ocean. This was our second time to stay at SunDestin but our first at Thomas & Yiniba’s and we couldn’t believe the two were the same building. This condo was like a 5 star, luxury stay. They thought of everything! Thank you!

My wife and our son were extremely pleased with their Mother's Day week stay, it was exactly what they were looking for. Walkable to the beach. They enjoyed the house and would definitely stay there again. Thanks for helping them make wonderful memories.

Brent was exceptional throughout the process He gave very precise instructions from beginning to end and was very responsive to any questions or issue's we had. He forewarned about the mass entrance and exit of new and leaving guests so we just went to the room right after checkin and waited a couple of hours before moving our stuff in which was much easier. This condo is terrific and the view is gorgeous. Thanks Brent for making our visit seamless.

Carol was a phenomenal host- super kind and responsive - she took care of an issue with a charge from AirBnB super fast! The house was amazing- even cool (great ac! Many places we stay are never cool!)). Everything was super clean and looked great which I’m sure can be challenging when pet friendly! Obviously it’s not super close to the beach so be prepared to rent a golf cart or extra bikes if needed. Bc parking is so difficult at the beach, one person would drop everyone off and then go back to the house and ride one of the bikes back to the beach. It was so nice to have two bikes included as well!

We had a wonderful time and would recommend staying here to anyone! About 5-10 min walk to beach or a 1 min drive (some limited public parking by the public beach accesses, but we found parking every day)! The kitchen was very well stocked. There were 2 wagons to bring to the beach along with chairs, and plenty of other things for the beach! Our pup loved the backyard and the neighborhood for walks. The place was very clean! Paul was very easy to communicate with as well. We enjoyed our stay!!

This home was absolutely beautiful! We have 8 kids and it was perfect for them. They honestly never had a moment of being “bored” while we were in the home! It was so cozy and felt like a home to us for the week! It’s in a perfect location! Matt and Sarah were amazing hosts, very responsive, helpful with recommendations and very friendly! This was our second year booking with them!

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We loved the area and proximity to restaurants, shopping and the amazing beaches. Beautiful stay; thank you, Yubeiri, for your hospitality and accommodations!

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

Great host and great place. Early check in offered without even asking, house was in a fantastic location- easy walk to the beach and close enough to make as many trips back and forth as needed, very clean house, plenty of space. Overall extremely satisfied! Would recommend and would definitely stay there again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable beachy home! The decor was so cute and coastal—it felt like the perfect Florida getaway. The entire place was spotless, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the full upstairs was a private master suite (such a bonus we didn’t expect but totally loved). The kitchen was fully stocked with all the basics, which made cooking super convenient, and the beds were really comfortable. Having four bikes included was a huge perk, and we loved how close the house was to scenic bike trails and just a 20-minute golf cart ride to Seaside. The trundle twin beds were a bit too small. It wasn’t a huge issue, and the listing was accurate, just something to note if you’re planning for adult guests in that room! Overall, this place was wonderful. The host was incredibly responsive, and everything felt thoughtful and well-kept. We would 10000% stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was beautiful. We could walk right to the pool. Mark provided chairs, wagon and plenty of things to take to play at the beach. We loved using the bikes provided. The porches were a cool place to hang out on the bed swings. The Big Chill on property was a neat place to hangout and eat. Getting to beach access was not as easy as we would have liked but we still made it work. The neighborhood was quiet and enjoyable. The kitchen and den area are huge and we enjoyed having meals and hanging out there playing games. The driveway was tight offering space for only 2 vehicles but you close to the pool parking lot so you can park extra cars there. We would definitely like to return to this house again for a longer vacation.

Beautiful condo and very comfortable! Such a peaceful, relaxing place to come back to after enjoying time at the beach or on-property pool. Beach access within easy walking distance and great restaurants nearby. Be sure to visit the little town of Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park! Host was very responsive. Would love to stay here again sometime!

This was our first time at Rosemary Beach and this location was amazing! We enjoyed walking to lots of local restaurants right in our backyard. Our kids loved riding the tram to the pool and beach. The house was perfect for all of us and looked exactly like the pictures. We throughly enjoyed our stay and looked exactly forward to our next visit!

We had a friend reunion at Glori’s place and it was the best couple of days. Perfect for families and so close to the pool it was so easy with our small kids. Walking distance to all the restaurants and downtown Rosemary Beach. Would 100% stay here again!

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay! Firstly, we added an extra day a week or so before arriving (and I’m glad we did!) with no issues. On the day of check in we arrived a bit earlier than we expected, and Pamela allowed us to check in early. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was that the condo was immaculately clean! Not a spec of dust anywhere. The pool was great, and there is a smaller one for kids! The beach is a short walk past the pool area and out the wooden walkway. Beach service was a huge bonus! They set the chairs and umbrellas up around 9 am - 5 pm ish. Every employee we came across was friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again and encourage our friends to visit too!

Our stay was AMAZING! I highly recommend and would stay here again. They house was in a great location - a nice quiet area and within walking distance to the beach and some restaurants/shops. The walk to the beach was perfect - even with kids. We appreciated the sand toys/wagons for our beach days. The pool was perfect. A safe gate to keep kids out when not supervised and a good size for our group to swim in. The kitchen had all the cookie supplies we needed. The house was clean and had everything. Not a bad drive to Destin. Great stay!

Every part of our stay was perfect - from when we booked to when we checked out. We had no idea just how perfect the location would be. Our teens could walk directly across the street to various restaurants and shops. The adults preferred to eat at home, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make all of our meals. The resort pool was beautiful, and the private beach access could not have been more pleasant. While our visit was during spring break, noise was never an issue. We did have a question about the microwave, and Donna responded immediately. When we initially booked, she gave us a heads-up that the resort was currently undergoing some improvements, which we appreciated her letting us know. If we plan on visiting 30A in the future, we will definitely try for Donna's place.
