Monthly Rentals in Rondane

Beautiful cottage next to Rondane national Park. Communication with Vidar was smooth and super friendly from start to finish. The cottage is super well built, modern, with nice panoramic windows, a kitchen that has everything you need and even a sauna - a huge plus to relax after a long day of hiking in the area. Interieur is very cozy and you can feel right at home. At the same time you can chill outside on multiple spots around the cottage, by a fire or just to enjoy the view. We even had the opportunity of using two bikes available at the cottage for free, which opened up new possibilities. We can fully recommend the accomodation and would gladly come back again.

The two of us spent a week in the cozy Ekornhytta and felt comfortable from the first moment! The house is very well equipped (also for more people), window views of the lake, fireplace and sauna provide the Norwegian feel-good atmosphere. In the area around the house there are many hiking trails, bike paths and trails with great views of Rondane and beyond. And the squirrel is not a marketing gag, it actually passed its feed station. :-) Communication with Sandra and Stine as a host is straightforward and quick!

What a great experience it was to spend a few winter days in this cozy hytte! Pink-coloured sky in the morning, skiing in fresh snow as well as on freshly prepared tracks, breathtaking views of the Rondane mountains, lazy evenings with warm food and books and even such rarities as the northern lights and nacreous clouds were the highlights of our stay. The hosts were very friendly, responsive and helpful.
