Very well optimized and functional studio with its exterior. We didn't feel cramped at all despite the small size of the accommodation. Warm welcome and accommodation in impeccable condition. Recommended for a couple!

We had an amazing time at Celine’s home. It was the perfect house for a group trip, lovely outside to have dinner outside. Easy access to Rouen, the lake, Intermarché supermarket… 10/10

Olivier has always been very responsive and very kind. A very comprehensive instruction guide to allow us to arrive well and to be able to evolve in the sector was provided to us before our arrival. I highly recommend it.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit
