House holiday rentals in Rome

We had a very good time, very welcoming and well furnished apartment. There has always been immediate support for every request we made. I will definitely return to Fabrizio and I highly recommend it.

A perfect retreat after a busy couple of weeks exploring Italy! We were so thankful we ended our trip at Belkys's beautiful home. Spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, it really was a lovely place to stay. We felt totally relaxed and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It's located in the quiet countryside, but is also close enough to Rome for day trips, and a short drive to the airport. Belkys is a wonderful, responsive host. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Luca, super friendly person,super helpful, really perfect. We had a great time in the villa and above all privacy and relaxation are the master. I had a perfect stay, Antonella was lovely, really thoughtful. At first I thought of the isolated accommodation, and in the end with the bus it goes very quickly to reach the tourist center. I felt right at home. Thanks! And what a joy to regain calm after days of wandering.

We stayed for more than a month in this beautiful little house, very original and charming, which is located in a very quiet residential area of Rome. Everything was perfect in the house, everything was functional and very convenient. Parking is a few meters from the house, within the grounds of the residence. The pool is also very beautiful and very well maintained. We usually travel by car but we also took public transport and it is really very easy to get to the city center by bus. There are many shops, restaurants and services in the area. It is very easy and pleasant to communicate with Ulderico. He regularly checked in with us to see if we were missing anything and if everything was okay. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place 100%.

Mario, friendly and available. Accommodation for those arriving by car from the North, also very convenient to reach the Olympic stadium by car. Recommended!

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

I'm so glad I choose to stay at Celeste's place when I visited my daughter who was studying abroad at AUR. The terrace was a wonderful place for she and her friends to come over and hang out. It's even more beautiful and cooler than the pictures show. We loved it!! We could easily walk to any place in Trastevere or take the tram into downtown Rome (20 min). I spent a few days by myself and felt safe walking in the area and navigating to and from all the famous Roman sites. At the end of the day, I came back to a clean, comfortable, and safe place. As other reviewers mentioned, downstairs feels slightly humid but there is no mold. All the windows open, and it feels pleasant within 5 minutes. The area is bustling until about 11 pm, but after that it's quiet. The door is tricky. Use the door knocker to pull the door firmly toward you while turning the key all the way to the left, then push in. I can't wait to bring my whole family back to Rome and stay in Celeste's aqueduct apt again!

We enjoyed our stay at Lorenzo’s apartment outside of the tourist centers of Rome. The apartment had charm and all the amenities needed. Lorenzo had great communication and provided excellent recommendations for activities and food/drink in the city and nearby. The historic city center was easily accessible by the number 8 tram just a few minutes from the apartment. Great value for staying in Rome and was easy to get to/from the airport.

We LOVED this stay in Rome! Located in a very accessible area, close walking and plenty of public transportation options. We thought the stay was perfect for 2 in the city.

Outstanding villa that will take you back in time and a beautiful walking path that will clear your mind from a busy city life. You will enjoy the stars on a clear night, witness beautiful sunsets and appreciate the sounds of nature. Luda and her family were very welcoming and helpful with recommendations to supermarkets, restaurants and nearby attractions. It was an amazing experience and if your planning to visit Italy and staying outside of Rome, we highly recommend Casal Romito!

Matteo’s accommodation was very nice, clean and enough space for 3-4 people. Accommodation is located at comparatively peaceful location, but at the same time nearby metro. Our stay was great and we had good time!

Carlina and Andrea were the most welcoming, gracious hosts! They made my first trip to Rome all the more special with their warmth and curiosity from the moment I arrived to my bittersweet departure. There’s a certain energy to their street, too, that makes one feel like they’ve stepped back in time, and the central location makes exploring the city pleasurable and accessible. Their home reflects a vibrant life lived among artists — for those who appreciate the little details that make a space distinct, this is a truly memorable home-away-from-home.

Great location - easy to walk to most places and also near buses and fairly close to main train station. Comfortable beds. Noise from the street in the living room (where the sofa bed is) but bedroom was quiet. Carla provided lots of thoughtful extras, including toiletries, earplugs… Thoughtfully furnished, meaning it was easy to unpack, eat at the table, relax, etc. Kitchen area was small (2 hob rings & combi-microwave/oven) but sufficient to cook some pasta; plenty of plates,etc. Several steps down as you enter the flat - not a problem for us but might be for some.

Perfect, close to metro A and several convenient buses to explore Rome. Teresa is very responsive. Cleaning was done in the room during the stay, which is very nice.

I really loved my stay here — it exceeded my expectations! The apartment is so cute and charming, and it felt very safe, which I especially appreciated as a solo female traveler.
