Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Rome

Giovanni was such a kind and gracious host. He gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area and made us feel at home.

I found the accommodation very comfortable, perfect for my needs. It's just a few steps from the gym I go to, so it's super practical. The area is very residential, quiet and well connected: it is easy to get around both on foot and by public transport. The hosts were really kind and helpful. Despite my plane being delayed, they waited for me to check in without any problems, with great courtesy. In addition to the coffee machine, I also found other useful things in the fridge: a really nice and much appreciated gesture. Communication has always been clear, fast and effective. I highly recommend this place!

This is the second time we have stayed at the moonlight guest house. The first time was eight years ago. It was just as good this time. The room is pristine, lovely decor, and well situated. Lots of restaurants around, close to Metro, walking distance to the Vatican And the Borgese Villa. Hosts were friendly and responsive. We would highly recommend.

This place was wonderful! The apartment is very nice and with amenities. It is very clean and tidy. The Host was really friendly and proactively introduced us the tourist spots and nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The Host is really friendly. The apartment is also near to tourist attractions and metro stations, just 10mins walk to metro station, or 15mins walk to Termini. I would recommend this apartment if you travel to Rome!

Elisabetta was a most gracious host, her hospitality was second to none. She made me feel like I was family, not a guest in her home.

Marina’s place was perfect for our stay! It was just the two of us so a great space and just a short bike ride to many restaurants and site seeing spots. Overall, our stay was fantastic and we thank Marina for being a great host.

The place is comfortable, very spacious and everything was very clean. It is well located since the subway station is about 10 minutes away on foot, which leaves you at several tourist points of the city such as the Vatican, and Fontana di Trevi. It doesn't take long to get from this location. Francesco was very attentive at all times, very friendly and recommended several places to visit. I highly recommend it.

Eugene was such a great host! Since our arrival, he was aware of us, he recommended a restaurant and a local ice cream shop near the place. The breakfast is very rich and always on time :) there was an occasion that we had to leave at 6 am and still left us our breakfast already prepared. The room is very comfortable and the view of the terrace is very nice. Their kittens are love. I highly recommend his place as it is very close to the Vatican and it is very easy to get to the center of Rome, Eugene also guided us about the transport and so we were able to use the bus without a problem. We would definitely stay with Eugene again on our next trip to Rome :)

We had a great time at Valeria and Claudio's. The room is spacious, comfortable, as is the bathroom, and has all the comforts, including tea, coffee and various snacks. Everything is tidy and extra clean. You have all the privacy you need, but if you need anything, Valeria and Claudio are very helpful hosts, flexible with schedules and ready to offer you a coffee and have a chat. The area is strategic, a few minutes' walk from the metro and the Vatican, but the apartment is located in a quiet street both day and night. The neighborhood has a lot to offer whether you want to be a tourist or live like a "local". I highly recommend staying with Valeria and Claudio! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay with Giovanna, she was friendly and provided tips on getting to the major sights in Rome upon checking in. The breakfast was great and convenient. Room was spacious and clean

Francesco was very kind and friendly, greeted us upon arriving, and gave us local tips, also they had breakfast and offered to wash and dry our clothes, we were very happy with the apt and service.

The room was in excellent condition, exactly as in the photo, indeed perhaps it is larger. Large and comfortable bed, clean sheets and soft towels, there was also everything you need such as shampoo and shower foam, in the apartment there is also a large wardrobe and a safe. The coffee machine and tea set are also convenient for the room. But the plus is that the price also includes the collection at the bar under the building. Absolutely recommended

Paolo's place is ideal for those of us who need to get to the Circus Maximus for an event, both on the way there using the subway (stop nearby) and on the way back on foot, it's just a walk. The room is essential, it has everything you need and Paolo is very precise and detailed in the directions to follow to make you as autonomous as possible. I also found the breakfast to be good. Recommended experience. Thank you for everything Paolo!!

Everything was impeccable! Well located within 15 minutes walking distance of Termini, which at least for me is very important. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The room has everything you need, everything new, perfect condition and very nice decoration details. Francesca and Anna excellent hostas, I arrived a few hours before check-in and they conditioned everything to enter and not wait. SUPER RECOMMENDED.

We had a great 2 week in Riano. Roberto listened to our requests and was extremely responsive. The villa is perfect, the pool is even bigger than in the photos, very well located but traveling by car is recommended! Shops are nearby for shopping, even as some small restaurants. Hoping to return as soon as possible to enjoy the charm of Italy.

Very nice place. Right near middle of town and easily accessible to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Place gets cleaned almost daily, and very easy access to communication with the owner. Great spot

What can I say? In this case, 5 stars is almost too little. Very kind, responsive and attentive to details. We chose the property because in the evening we had to attend a concert at the Parco della Musica and for this purpose the property is perfect. A clean, welcoming environment with everything you might need for the night. highly recommended

Caterina is helpful, kind and welcoming. The room is clean and new and the bed is very comfortable. The room has breakfast necessities, while in the common space there is a coffee maker and tea kettle. The only negative note is that the window door curtain is not very dark, so as the sun rises, the room lights up, but this is not a problem for those who can sleep even with the light. In general, it's a great solution to stay overnight in Rome and I would go back.

Very well located accommodation (near the Colosseum) and at the same time the surroundings are very quiet. Special mention to Francesco, who responded very quickly to all our inquiries. Totally recommended for getting to know Rome, thanks for everything!
