Beachfront holiday rentals in Rome

We had a wonderful time! The place was beautiful and Matteo gave us great tips and information once we arrived. Communication was a little slow but everything worked out great!

Perfect stay, the apartment is equipped with all comforts and super clean...A few steps from the sea and the area is very quiet. Very kind and helpful host!

Daniela was a fantastic host. We felt very at home and she showed us around all the amenities. The apartment was lovely, especially with the addition of the shared sea view rooftop terrace. The bicycles provided were great for getting around Fregene to see all the different beaches. Everything was perfect, apart from a small ant problem. Would definitely reccomend!

We had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Wish we would have been able to stay longer.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

We only stayed one night at Manuel's apartment in anticipation of our return flight scheduled for the next morning. Manuel's apartment matched the description and photos. The apartment was even quite large with a nice little terrace in the inner courtyard. Although the apartment does not include parking, it is easy to find a safe place in the surrounding streets. The apartment is about 10-15 minutes' drive from the airport. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We loved our stay here. It was homely, clean and comfortable. Being near the sea it was cooler than central Rome but well connected by train both into all the sights of the city and by the bargain Cotral bus to and from Fiumicino airport (approx 30 mins) The pretty, shaded balcony was a lovely bonus. Also perfectly situated for visiting the amazing, unmissable Roman site of Ostia Antica. The local restaurant, Freddy’s Bistrot Gourmet was excellent. Luciana was a kind and helpful host, greeted us on arrival, explained everything and answered any question quickly.

Beautiful stay at Salvatore's, who is a lovely host. The apartment is beautiful, a beautiful place where you can enjoy the quiet and a beautiful terrace close to the sea and to spend peaceful evenings on the terrace. We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

It was our first vacation in two years. We had a pleasant stay and had several days near the seaside. Patrizia and her husband were so helpful, always in contact and in good mood. We were so lucky to find this gem! Some days were very hot and we spent time at the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and so green! The house is beautiful and well equipped- you have everything you need!

Very modern and seem very recently renovated. New AC's, huge TV, new walkin shower. and even dimmable led mood light! Mr Lino was very nice and bought a new fill up pool for us to play. Thank you, Mr Lino

An amazing stay, the villa is located right in front of the sea, lots of lovely bars and restaurants near by. The owners of the villa are delightful people, very helpful and professional. It was a pleasure to meet them, they couldn’t do more to please us, we will definitely come back. Thank you!

Our experience at this apartment was truly exceptional. The location on Piazza Anco Marzio is unbeatable—just 150 meters from the sea and right in the heart of the pedestrian area, filled with charming restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment is bright, beautifully decorated, and clearly renovated with care. We especially loved the terrace, which was perfect for relaxing any time of day! The space had a modern, clean aesthetic with thoughtful touches throughout, including striking black and white travel photography. The modern bathroom was a great bonus! Christian went above and beyond, providing a generous walk-thru and welcome kit that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

The stay was excellent! The apartment was very clean and well maintained. I really appreciated the small details like having adaptors and even a first aid kit available. The place has a great vibe, with lots of creative decoration, and even a pinball machine! Great choice, I was very satisfied with everything. Definitely recommend!

This place was just so beautiful. As soon as I walked in, I instantly regretted not staying longer. Manuel’s place is located only 10-15 mins away from the airport which is super convenient especially if you have an early morning flight when you’re leaving. Manual was very flexible with check in and was very responsive when I reached out to him. This place is located in a beach town and is so charming with a view you’ll never get over. In walking distance there are beach bars and restaurants and even a grocery store on one of the streets. Whenever I come back to Italy, I’ll be sure to stay here for a little while longer. Manual, thank you for everything!
