I like to brag that this is the cutest studio apartment in the city. It's in a brick Arts & Crafts apartment building built in 1915 and retains a lot of its original architectural features. It's furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques & modern pieces, decorated with original & vintage artwork, & stocked with vintage dishes and silverware. If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.

My family traveled to Indy to support my daughter who ran the 1/2 Marathon. This was a great location not too far from downtown. The neighborhood was peaceful. Henry is a super host. My grandsons, ages 6 and 2, loved the arcade room. The amenities were adorable with a Butler Bulldogs theme throughout. Henry put in a lot of thoughtfulness for his guests. On the day of checkout, we visited the Children’s Museum which was only a 7 minute drive from the house. We will definitely go back to the Dawg House. Our family felt right at home.

Natalie is a fantastic hostess and the property is exactly what we were looking for as a peaceful retreat. A high end kitchen and great relaxing space after a hectic day. Natalie communicated frequently and gave us all the information we needed before we booked, leading up to and during our stay. I look forward to staying at her property again in the future.

Abby’s house was perfect for our family’s Memorial Day weekend in Indy! Great house for our family of 6 - 5 adults and an 11 year old. We felt so welcome and comfortable in her home. Everything we needed was provided and the snacks were a great touch. We hope to stay in her home in the future. In addition, communication with Abby was top notch and we greatly appreciated her connection. Thank you!!
